I think this is why he is the hardest person to guard. I mean I know there's giannis, LeBron, Jokic, etc. But they are either more athletic, bigger, faster. The endurance you need to guard curry must be exhausting. Plus curry has top 5 handles. So he's just a nightmare

@@Picmanreborn no. If you’re going through a shoot-around then you’re doing cardio with a weighted vest. When you lift weights, your heart rate is elevated for a short period of time compared to cardio which would be much longer relatively speaking. In the gym you’re likely lifting weights for ~30 seconds at a time. He could be doing drills with a weighted vest for 30 minutes, potentially.

So what is the best breathing practice while playing, specifically? I used to practice and teach Bikram yoga and in there, it was in through the nose, out through the nose, since the class was heated to 105°. Would love to hear everyone’s thoughts on the nuance of breathing during basketball. In my training, when I start getting winded and my arms and legs start getting weaker, I focus on trying to get some good breath in and out, hoping to slow the heartrate, and then throw some free throws. To me this simulates what a game would be like. Game on fam
