Peep the documentary they did on him. He has a chip similar to Brady when it comes to being underrated. This guy was tiny when he came to the nba and nobody wanted to foster an environment that fit his playstyle. He has been putting in work at the highest level for years. Nobody talks about what he does besides three point shooting. He is the foundation to all the success every player saw in golden state once they got going. Big W to Mark Jackson, and I'm not trying to diminish the hard work of all those warriors players, but Curry was always the catalyst, or the reason.

Love Steph man. I've been watching his rise since the 2012-13 season, and I did NOT see this coming. Would love to see him finish his career with at least 5 rings since he's definitely an underdog story as a superstar. With the plaguing ankle injuries at the beginning of his career (something like 11 ankle injuries and 2 surgeries in his first three seasons), most didn't think he would even have the opportunity to evolve in the NBA.

I am sure every player wants that; but it is contigent upon the franchise, b'cuz they have to put their stars in the position to be successful. People always hype on Bron leaving, but contrast the Cavs & GSW management & then determine who put their star in the position to be successful? Clearly, the Cavs have been poorly run, while GSW, on the other hand, has been stellar.

@@gridirongod4207 I don’t necessarily think it’s an excuse it’s more of an explanation of what happened. It’s not like he mentioned anything about the finals he just said he wasn’t physically able to go

@@samgavello1473 did you even watch the interview, he said the PLAN is to stay bin Golden State but the goal is to win and crazy things happen in this league. Of course they wouldn’t let him go for nothing but the franchise has too much respect for them for being the biggest part of putting him on the map, they will grant his wish if he finds another opportunity. Hell, I can see him and KD making a last run together somewhere
