I don't want to be friends with anyone who dislikes this video. This is wonderfully engaging, aside from being a beautiful performance.

He reminds me of a classical version of Neil Young.

Is it the melody from Conquest of Paradise by Vangelis?

How can anyone find this beautiful? I get that he's a famous composer and guitarist but come on this sounds horrible

Ok, I fully appreciate the guitar skill of Stepan Rak, but what’s with some people in the audience who sat there with their eyes closed? I understand it may be their way if listening, but I think it just makes them look ridiculous and even disrespectful to the performance since seeing how guitar is played is as much as hearing it. But it’s as if they think they’re better than others that they have to close their eyes and not see it. Come on. Stop being patronizing assholes.

People close their eyes to strengthen their listening/hearing. When you mute one of your five senses, the others get empowered. When you get rid of your visual sense to something so auditorily pleasant it makes the experience even better.
