It still gave me the goosebumps kasi before sa visionboard nyo lang uto nakalagay. Then, after 15 years in the business, eto na… nakatayo na. This house may not be perfect, but as one who have witnessed what this couple have gone thru to build their business and now making their dreams a reality, is what I am most proud of🎉🎉🎉 katas ito nang business nila. And I know they are still Improving this. I like the concept. I even like the recycled facilities. The matresses are so soft, the rooms are cozy. I love the art wrks because they are made by the hands of Mentor Josephine herself, an art coming from her heart❤ and the features, though old and vintage, that to me is a wow!😍. Thank you Mentors and SUPER CONGRATS TO YOU BOTH 🎉🎉🎉 one of the truest example that dreams do come true and that nothing is impossible with God❤🥰

Beautiful property. I can see that it has a lot of potential. The exterior, the view and the arches are the selling points for me. I can see so many potentials when it comes to furnishing. Congratulations kay Ma'am abd Sir for an amazing labor of love mansion. Bravo!!!!👍🍾👏👏👏👏👏

When you give your honest opinion about the house tapos sasabihin agad na bitter or insecure. Marami nang nafeature si OG na bahay dito and I loved many of them. It just so happened that this is not one of them, and many others here think the same. The owners seem very happy with their property but it doesn't mean that their potential customers will like it just as much. If this house achieves at least 50% occupancy rate, then good for them. If not, then they may need to rethink their choices and consider some improvements. The girl says she has background in hotel management, but it doesn't show up here unfortunately. Yung bedrooms pa lang, sobrang boring. But then again, congratulations to the owners.

Hindi naman kasi to sariling bahay. Air bnb to kaya makikita mo na yung quality ay tinipid. Hello syempre pano sila kikita kung sobrang mamahal ng materials na gagamitin nila. Tapos yung ibang magrerent pa bababuyin lang yung bahay.

Not my kind of vacation house. Looks a bit drab and dated, despite obviously having used high-quality materials. I've seen more inviting Mediterranean homes in similarly tropical settings (such as those in Bali). But still, congratulations to the owners for such a big accomplishment!!!

Your house, your rules..kung panget sa kanila. Bayaan nyo sila di naman sila nagbigay ng pera para magawa nyo ang house nyo...

Di magaling architect at contractor nito. Haha. Maganda ang mediterranean pero hindi classy pagkakagawa. Saka yung arches bukod sa hindi pulido e may kanto, dapat smooth curve e.

Agree, yung tiles na pang-sahig ginamit sa lababo. Sayang yung kitchen ang laki kaso tinipid.

Mali gawa ng basketball court. Basically it's just a hoop. Kung gusto ni misis ng maganda, tennis court dapat nilagay. Kasi green din. Tapos maglagay na lang ng hoop since di naman talaga priority. Or they could have had a court painted green para di panget.

Sad such a beautiful house but the interior is lacking it does no justice to the house. The upstairs looks like a hostel no luxury there. For someone who was in the hotel industry it does not show in the interior at all.. in the same breath congratulations on the house its a great achievement 👏

I can see how very active you are in the comment section. I get that you don’t like the house, one decent comment about your criticism is enough but you keep on commenting not decently composed comments. Sayang ka pati oras mo.

I did not finish the video because it's a poorly conceptualized house ( good concept to put up an Italian like villa near an ocean) and therefore the end product is average. Even the flooring doesn't look elegant and appropriate for the design of the house, a mish mash bunch of artworks and furniture...They could have hire an interior décor consultant....ps...it's just my honest observation

I actually pity Josephine. Bilib sya masyado sa "taste" nya with the interior of this house. It's mediocre, at best, and off in more areas than I could count. Although I pity Billy more, masyado syang bilib kay Josephine.

I feel proud of them for supporting each other in all things, that is what married couples normally and should do. If any husband does not believe or support their wife, then that is more pitiful. It is also important for people to be more gentle with their words, no matter how ugly you think her taste is, there is definitely a more decent way of saying it. I pray for you to have more awareness of your actions and words as it is not impacting this couple but only your character.
