    @@aartisawant4049 ldont many anderstand . but But the yoga skill is not popular in our Arab country, and I tried to search for this skill in English, but I could not find a translation for it. You know that this skill is very difficult. I searched for videos in Arabic and did not find them. I am currently learning English and I feel better at pronouncing it, but I have not mastered it yet.     @@Vaishnavi.999 That is entirely up to you. I normally do at least 3 rounds of this sequence daily. I do the sequence more slowly so that my body really feels the benefit of these stretches so it does take me longer than you see in this video but it is just a question if preference.     You should actually be able to play the video on a loop from KZread itself :) if in the app, tap on the three dots in the upper right corner and select loop. If on pc, right click the video and select loop ^^

    Pls can u do a simple workout for ppl with fibromyalgia or similar conditions? I find exercise hard but I did simple yoga for ppl with pain in Kerala. It was free and brilliant but now I’m back home I’ve forgotten the parts that made up the work out. The yoga doctor changed it up. It was 45 min long.

    I went from 1.83 to 1.85 doing this for 2 months. It's correcting my posture.

    @Anish kunwar 1.83 to 1.85 was because of posture becoming straight. It was not a teenager. Please eat more vegetables (may be 6 to 8 cups every day). More steamed food than fried food is better. Eat more white meat than red meat. Eat at least 2 fruits per day. Do not life weights and focus on running, walking, skipping, jumping etc., Reduce carbohydrate and replace by vegetables and protein. Also, eat carbohydrates since you need energy. SLEEP at least 9 hours every single day. If you sleep less during the week days, then sleep more in weekends such as 12 hours/day. Use less social media except for learning and spend more time outdoors and sport activities. Dont play video games more than 5 hours per week, Most importantly, ignore thinking about your height and focus completely on learning new skills, languages, etc., For productivity, please watch Ali Abdaal videos in youtube. Cheers. You are fine and nothing to worry.

    @Anish kunwar Yes, search for "tips to gain height", you can still grow a bit, your plates are still growing. There are plenty of things you can do like eat better(milk, proteins and vegetables and less sugars and fats), get supplements, sleep better, good posture and exercising.

    i do little rapid surya namaskars which is similar to cardio...i sweat alot...i do 21 every morning...my body is now lean n i noticed hair growth...not only on head also on my hands..i am never going to stop
