Rajan Sir I am a big fan of yours. Please make a dedicated video on how not to depend on planning before every small tasks...this leads to overthinking, moodswings and thereby leading in delay of the task at hand. This eventually leads to more thinking and less working. How to stop being an overthinker

I moved to India to join a startup after finishing my phd and post doc. I have a goal and I am extremely enthusiastic about it. In a positive sense, the work load and the multiple types of task in a startup made me feel distracted and it felt I have a mental khichdi. Like exactly said here, I felt I need a mentor and started seeking it. At the same time, I was saying myself that I am making some mistake. There must be something I am missing. And finally I could figure out that I am not writing down my thoughts that’s why I am so confused at the moment. This idea came to at 10.30 in the night, I immediately went out to get a journal. And believe me, the first day was awesome. Jordan Peterson also suggests a lot to write your thoughts. I am very much interested in the boot camps if that covers such issue.

The book "Feeling good" by David Burns an old gem, has good techniques to journal automatic negative thoughts and rationalizing them. A simple yet effective way to thwart dysfunctional thoughts with rational thinking. To me thats the most desirable benefit of journaling.

It's been 7 year when I was 16 I had started to writing my diary and whenever I read it it makes me happy

Sir, these days due to covid pandemic I personally lost contact with all my friends, relatives and always have a urge to call someone, to talk to someone. I feel very depressed when I realise that there is no one around me with whom I can share my thoughts. This feeling of loneliness makes me sad, I feel so terrible, helpless and dependent on others as I need someone to share my thoughts with. And this you came with this video on "Journaling", a way I can share my thoughts on pen and paper and will feel that I shared my thoughts with someone and no longer need people for this. Honestly, this video came as a "Miracle" for me. May be this is God's plan. Thank you very much Sir. Yes Sir, journaling helped me in quit smoking. I used to write a paragraph after every cigarette i smoked. After few months I got a clarity and quitted.

Can we do it on devices ? Or is it by and large effective in pen and paper.
Sir if a person don't have tonsil are they eligible for ips regarding medical test.
