It helps maintain the pH of the scalp and hair roots which facilitates the growth of new hair follicles.

Can i use amla oil as carrier oil?

I started having juice from Indian gooseberry by mixing it with juice from aloe vera two times daily. Regularly cutting the hair additionally helps. Take care of the lifestyle. Use liitlleexttra cocoonnion hydrating shampoo and hair oil as both are known good for reducing hair fall. If you will do this everyday, you will see results in a few weeks time.

Something worth mentioning is that Rosemary Oil is not the same as Rosemary Essential Oil. Regular rosemary oil can be applied directly on the skin and scalp, while the essential oil (any type of essential oil) need a carrier to be able to be safely applied on the skin.

My sister (identical twin) used rosemary oil on her scalp every week for the past year, while I didn’t. And in total, her hair grew only a half an inch more than mine in an entire year. I use olive oil as a carrier. If I run out of olive oil, I use engine oil or sewing machine oil.

I had a question..you posted a few videos where they contradict eachother. In one video you left the oil overnight but in another video you stated to never leave the oil in over night, to only leave it in for 30 minutes - 3 hours. @@Vega-nx5wx I have been using the mielle and rosemary essential oil diluted with a carrier oil. I usually leave it in for 2-3 hours and wash my hair. I remember she mentioned not to leave it in overnight because it can actually cause some build up or something... she said not to leave it in over night in her hair oils don't video. 🤷‍♀️

​@@muza45 You should always use rosemary oil with any carrier oil and castor oil which we get is strong so by heating it off 1sec a bit we can use it in scalp without it making our hair greasy or oily after hair wash

@@zoecain123 yeah I hear it's really good for low porosity hair, and so far it has worked wonders! I can't really say that it has a significant scent since the rosemary oil is very fragrant even with just a couple of drops

i like to use a table spoon of olive oil since it has fatty acids and antioxidants which stimultaes hair growth. I heat up my hair to 149F/65 celsius and put an egg (helps infuse hair follicles with much-needed vitamins and minerals) mixed with a pinch of salt (to make it so your hair isnt too oily) and black pepper (to stimulate hair growth). dig in.

Why dilute?

I put it straight on my scalp after washing my hair. But just a little bit. I haven’t noticed any changes yet and it’s been like 3 months but I‘ll keep going for a year or so.

I’m always confused when people say “drop.” Does that mean one dropperful? Or the tiny drop that comes off the dropper when you lift it full from the bottle? Or does it mean the amount when you squeeze the dropper briefly? It all sounds really in-exact. Is there a concrete measurement?

please don't use a lot of castor oil, especially if u don't know how to clean ur hair properly. It's really sticky and hard to get out. I recommend diluting bite castor and Rosemary oil in a lighter oil like coconut for a better effect! tip: if u ever come to India you must buy the hair oils there, I live for them!

I did this today I mixed like 8 drops of the rosemary essential oil inside of about a teaspoon of rosehip oil mixed that together then I added about one tablespoon or a little more of jojoba oil. Massaged it on my scalp and waited about 6 hours. I'm about to wash it out and this is my first time trying. My hair naturally grows extremely fast but I'm mainly doing this for healthy soft hair rather than actual growth.

8 drops of rosemary oil is too much, and you might irritate ur scalp by putting too much and leaving it in for way too long; if u wanna leave it for longer periods of time atleast use 5 drops since that’s the ideal and diluted so it won’t irritate ur scalp over time when u leave for longer periods of time.

Is it okay to do this on your scalp when you have used several hair products first? I use mousse, root booster, hairspray, etc. Would it be fine to do the rosemary oil treatment on top of all that before a wash?

I use a couple of drops of rosemary oil with my pumpkin oil and put it on my scalp and wash it out the next day. I haven't used caffeine oil, but I'm sure you can add it to the mixture :)
