My Secret To Long Hair & Clearer Skin 🌿

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

I was constantly buying Rosemary oil for my hair & skin, so I decided to learn how to make it myself. My big Rosemary plant was $11 at a local garden store, when I was spending $20+ on a small oil that was made up 2 simple ingredients: Rosemary & olive oil. Rosemary has so many benefits for hair growth, scalp health, & the skin. Check my Rosemary Hair Rinse Short on Part 1 of my Hair Growth series for more 🙌🏽
ROSEMARY OIL
Ingredients:
* Fresh or dried Rosemary: Dried will last longer since it doesn’t have water, but I use mine up quick so make fresh. (make sure it’s organic & no pesticides)
* 1 cup organic oil of choice. I used olive oil here but jojoba is also a favorite of mine.
Recipe:
* Fill pot with water and add a glass bowl on top
* Add oil and Rosemary to bowl & simmer for 15 minutes
* Strain & add to container of choice.
* I use on hair, face, & brows

I use a facial steamer after I apply the oils to my scalp. It opens up the pores and hair cuticle and the solution really gets in there. This is the fastest most efficient way to make hair grow. Only takes 10 min. Once or twice a week...my hair is growing like weeds

It is a lot more potent to dry your rosemary FULLY and fill a jar with it, add your oil, lightweight grapeseed is the best for facial skin. Fill the gar to the top with a sliver of room as the oil will eventually rise a bit. Make sure there is not air. Seal it well and put it in a cool dark place for 6-8 weeks. Shake occasionally. Strain with cheesecloth! There you go, very potent anti aging oil. But honestly, rosehips are far better. That's why they use it in the makeup industry, except you can't really trust them. So make your own.
