Yes, thanks for that point Skip. Bottom line is we all need to practice these simple drills if we expect to have some level of proficiency. I especially like doing this with a brand new handgun as it gives me a sense of what I need to do is the operator to effectively use it. Thanks for watching and commenting as always!

I could have my own KZread shooting channel, except that I tend to swear at myself when I shoot poorly, which is more common than it should be. When I requalify I have warn the RSO of it before hand. Good drill for gauging your own progress.

Sir, I hear you. I try to be mindful about the language, especially when doing anything for the channel. I get frustrated when I do something stupid like mash the trigger, and I know better . Still, as someone who is a continuous learner I’m not afraid to share my faults as I work to improve my skill set. I appreciate you watching and commenting

Yes correct on the target. Range is in Oregon.

Apparently a couple of people there hate gun barrels and money. I've shot competitively for 20+ yrs in all kinds of matches IPCS, Bench, Run Rambles, etc... I don't ever recall any stage or training by anyone that said just mag dump over and over. The funny thing they aren't even able to keep up the trigger pace as you can it fall off as the stupid fingers get tired ROFL.

@@GunsGearOnTargetTrainingLLC in your video someone, sounds like maybe 2 others are mag dumping over and over. I was just being sarcastic in my comment that with all my years of shooting I've never found a reason that you would do that and call it training. The comment had nothing to do with your drill as shown. I was just annoyed by them so I must be tired lol. Not to be a fudd but I'm just annoyed by mag dumps as it's a waste of money, ammo, and barrel life. Your training tips are well done and offer great learning tips.

Yes it was the Sig Optics QA team stress testing their product design. 25 thousand rounds we expended as the tested their new product.
