The suit works GREAT!!! But it really is hard to put on, if you're old like me. Take the headband out FIRST. You'll never find it once the suit is on. And get a hanger so you can hang the suit up, when you get it all tangled up putting it on the wrong way. Just do as he shows and go for the shorts too. Also, turn on the editing features like locomotion and tread mill when appropriate. Otherwise your character will float off into the air at the wrong moment. It's so good, I might buy a second set. Face cap too! Amazing...

arghhh... i am going through the videos and i keep watching "how to unbox", "how to plug your usb plug into your powerbank" "how to put your arm into the sleve" and then they jump straight to "look how everything works in the software" why can i not find the steps needed to get it running ???? in the old software it was like this: first make a project, then make an actor, then choose the devices, then drag-drop the devices onto the actor, and THEN it works.. but in the new software, everything looks different !! i can not find anything and i can not get my gloves to run and i can not find clues in all the videos or documentations. all i see is "livestream not available in starter plan" "upgrade to get access to livestreaming and more" "your balance is 0$" "top off your balance" "upgrade your payment plan" "send money here" wtf..

Where should the head sensor be placed at the back of the head, on the side? Also orientation of that sensor. Cable down? Up? Thanks.

Hi Sinan, SSP 1 isn't glove-ready (as you also point out), but you can use the gloves separately and sync them up with the suit in Studio. You just need to hook the gloves up directly with either one battery for both, or one for each. It's very simlpe. If you reach out on the chat on our website or book an online demo, we can tell you more in detail. There is currently a special Black Friday offer for Smartsuit Pro I customers that want to upgrade to Smartsuit Pro II. Maybe worth checking out for you :)

@@RokokoMotion Thank you for the answer got it. :-) And I also need a specific help on some more important issue.. That is I follow the steps of your user "Monoville" tutorial and Attach a MetaHuman Head with a Custom Body. The body and head are connected together and I can Livelink smoothly. Only thing I fail is I do not get the Facial mocap on it. My setup is confirmed everything as normal but In this scenario I miss the LiveLink facial mocap.. Can this be solved via remote connection and chat to my system.. I am dealing with this since last friday and so tired and so frustrated... Can you offer an easy helping hand please.. 🙂
