The doctor typically recommends a different number of treatments, depending upon the body region being treated. Anywhere from 4 to 12 treatments is not uncommon. The price also varies depending on how many sound waves are used to treat set body part. We have a first time treatment special for only $57. I had 8 treatments and the cost (with a 10 percent discount for paying upfront) was roughly $900. It did help aleviate my pain. The initial treatment (low cost) is to see if you're body feels any pain from the treatment. Feeling pain during the treatment is a sign that you will benefit from it. My pain lessened with each successive appointment (weekly).
