    The noise is actually carbon dioxide releasing from the joint capsule. We are moving bones with the adjustment, then the sudden gas release makes a pop sound. Similar to popping your knuckles

  • @steve7887
    @steve78872 ай бұрын

    What is actually making that noise? It’s satisfying. But the bones aren’t moving correct?

  • @strongholdhealth
    @strongholdhealth2 ай бұрын

    Carbon dioxide escaping from the joint capsule is what makes the pop noise. It’s the same mechanism when you crack your knuckles. We deliver a force into the spinal joint segment at the right angle and velocity to reposition the bone and results in a rapid release of carbon dioxide from the joint.

    The easiest way to show transformation is to show before and after MRI of a patient with disc herniation that used stemwave therapy. If the cells get rejuvenated then the herniated disc should eventually go back into place with the contrasting results easy to compare. But for some reason, I can’t find one chiropractor or neurosurgeon showing the before and after results. That would clear all doubts about this technology. 🤷

  • @strongholdhealth
    @strongholdhealth3 ай бұрын

    We are working on getting before and after MRIs. However, there is plenty of research on the manufacturer website here for watchers to go and see that there’s plenty of data driving the technology. softwavetrt.com/research/

    Chondromalacia Patella. The wearing out of the cartilage under the patella. I have heard that ECSWT can improve that condition. Being that I know of no way to grow new cartilage how would this actually work? I realize that it would help surrounding tissues, how effective have you found this treatment to treat that condition? TIA

  • @strongholdhealth
    @strongholdhealth3 ай бұрын

    Great question! The regrowth of the cartilage would come from recruitment of endogenous stem cells. This form of ECSWT activates dormant stem cells and those stem cells land at the treatment site.

    Does it only treat pain, or does it improve the cause of the problem? I wouldn't want to merely treat pain symptoms, because that tells me if the injury is getting better, or worse. I am very interested in improving the injury though. Please put some information on your site that helps people find professionals in their area, who offer this service. I would have to travel 10 hours to find the only one I know of, because I don't know if there is anyone nearer, thank you. Will it help if you have dark circles around your eyes? Not sure if that is a thyroid problem

  • @strongholdhealth
    @strongholdhealth6 ай бұрын

    Pain reduction is only one of the many benefits of the treatment. It also reduces swelling/inflammation, increases healthy blood flow and helps your body being endogenous stem cells to the treatment site to regenerate damaged tissue. Not sure what you mean about the eye circle comment though. You can find providers nationwide here for Softwave therapy. softwavetrt.com/providers/

    For the viewer- This is Not StemWave therapy or a StemWave machine! These chiropracters are using an Orthogold 100 machine which is clearly shown in this video. The StemWave machine is distinctly different, tho the science of the therapy is very similar

  • @strongholdhealth
    @strongholdhealth6 ай бұрын

    What is Stemwave Therapy? Stemwave therapy is a commonly used term that can be synonymous with the term extracorporeal shock wave therapy (ESWT or shock wave therapy). Specifically, stemwave therapy is a term commonly used by providers that offer shockwave therapy using the SoftWaveTRT OrthoGold 100. The term stemwave therapy originated in 2017 when Dr. Matthew DiDuro tried shockwave therapy from a SoftWave machine and was so impressed with his own recovery that he became a SoftWaveTRT provider. Dr. Matt chose to use this term because the SoftWaveTRT OrthoGold 100 revolutionized shockwave therapy by utilizing unfocused sound waves to stimulate and recruit stem cells as deep as 4.25 inches into human tissue. For reference, a typical shockwave therapy device only permeates 2 inches deep. Because of this impressive reach, Dr. Matt felt that it was appropriate to coin a new phrase “stemwave therapy” for this revolutionary treatment technology. How does Stemwave Therapy Work? Stemwave therapy with a SoftWaveTRT OrthoGold 100 works by distributing shockwaves topically to reach a patient’s injured tissue. This process stimulates the body’s natural healing processes and kick starts healing as well as stimulates and activates resident stem cells. Stemwave therapy using the OrthoGold 100 is different from conventional shockwave therapy because the OrthoGold 100 uses patented technology that targets a wider and deeper area than any other shockwave therapy device in the industry. This results in no cellular trauma with faster healing and better outcomes. If you are interested in learning more about SoftWave’s shockwave therapy machine, click here. What to expect during a stemwave therapy treatment A stemwave treatment with the OrthoGold 100 will be quick and easy. Your provider will first talk to you about where your pain is located as that will guide the first spot to receive the stemwave therapy. Then, a gel will be applied to the treatment area. Next, your provider will begin your treatment using the patented OrthoGold 100’s treatment applicator. During treatment you provide feedback to the provider in the areas where you feel the pulses. This biofeedback allows the provider to treat the actual injured area as opposed to where you may think the injured area might be. The average treatment time is 5-10 minutes. Treatment with the OrthoGold 100 typically does not produce any side effects

    Have somebody take a picture of you from behind while wearing a belt. Make sure you are standing in a neutral position facing forward with your arms relaxed to your sides. If the belt is higher around your hip on one side relative to the other, then that hip is your high hip. For example, if the right side is higher, then that hip will be your high hip and you left side will be your low hip. The wedge would be placed in the high position on your low hip (Left side) and on the low position on your high hip (right side). I hope this helps.
