What happened did you get H1B or not ?

I have a question, what if I am a stem course student, ( so after completing my 2 year course i get 1 year OPT and 2 year stem extended ) and i do not land up getting job in the 1st year of OPT? Can it be considerd as 3 years of work permit visa to find job after your course??

Also wanted to ask a general question, can a student from India study law and practice in the US? ( Background: s/he has done BALLB in India)

how much does the university you do your undergrad from affect affect your chances while applying for masters ?

Bro can you apprise us, if there is any website of US goverment which displays the status of a course by its university name, that the course is STEM or NOT. Most of the councelors and university tell students that a course is stem or not , but what if they lie or if there is a communication gap, in which case it will be really helpful for the prospect student to check for himself/herself on website of US goverment , if the course to which he/she is applying is stem or not. Thanks

Getting into a good University is most important, even if you don't get H1B, your company will transfer you overseas and file for your H1B again and again.

Does working during stem or opt period affects the salary one can earn. I mean does a employees (student after their degree) recieves less salary or has to works only as intern during opt and stem extension period.

@@dherudherendra464 it's definite. Don't worry !! If it's mentioned on the course outline, website or in the catalogues, its gonna be a quantitative program. Check out the courses then. If you really want to pursue stem MSF then it must be mentioned somewhere around the program. Please email the university representative directly as much as possible with the number of questions you have they are very cooperative. Else this kind of pages are really worthy to watch. You'll learn alot from this channel. **Please also do your own research and choose wisely.

yes, US green card can be baught if you invest 500,000$ in any project which generate 10 jobs directly. There are many companies doing this work.. they invest your amount in real estate project, but less likely you are going to get back the money.. google it. thanks
