As a new player, one thing that was really annoying to discover was that your ruler can't do anything other than be the ruler. I ended up with an election I was unable to manipulate due to resource shortage and one of my scientists ended up winning the position, which promptly halted all exploration and surveying for his ship. This might be a result of not having all the DLC yet, but I thought it was worth pointing out since I don't own Galactic Paragons.

That upkeep cost at the start of the game is huge. I went one over due to an event by accident and had negative unity instantly lol

I think they have gotten leaders just about right now. Seem to have just the right amount most of the time and they are always beneficial without being brokenly OP like they used to be with the resource traits.

Thank you for the tips. One thing I have noticed is that no one has a video / Wikipedia-style websites don't have info regarding leaders and build paths I.E Veteran / Destiny traits. If you could expand on this, that would be amazing

I disagree with your point at 3:37. I find infiltration rate increases are great if you don't have a lot of envoys and need to get information on multiple hostile empires as fast as possible.
