It's no where near DMC, or Bayonetta! Has some NieR vibe but that's all.

Stellar Blade looks so awesome man!

It's crazy. I've played their other game, Nikke, when it first released up till now. Its amazing how far they've come. I always wondered what Nikke getting killed in game would feel like to the other Nikke and this game of there's shows it perfectly since they're always at war with the Raptures. It's the same here.

They should’ve made the combat pacing more like Bayonetta or Nier Automata rather than Dark Souls. People may like it but it’s not for me. Feels waaay too cumbersome for my taste.

Well, we gamers are better being who we are. If the female characters aren't appealing because of forced 'realism' in 'fictional' characters and turn us off, then we skip the game. They mad and blame us for liking fanservices so we skip their game? That's on them for being ignorant, thinking that pretty characters with Victoria's Secret supermodel body shapes who can kick asses are unrealistic whereas they are pretty much exist IRL.

I played the game, and honestly it's feel stuff. Like I think the parryng needs work always with the dodge. But the game also seems slower. But at a point I came to appreciate it. But damn the music and oh boy the finest of ladies. I have to say the game seem promising 8/10 Lacking with weapon type :(

Yeah coming from japanese fast paced hack and slash like DMC or recent FF.. the combat doesn't feel right, every hit feels hollow and her stances are slightly unnatural. it's hard to pinpoint exactly where but it is there. Hope they improve upon it.

The games were also ridiculous, and every day, the girl's character was put as the first or main character! Where are we going with this order!? God knows...

The animations could be more fluid.

This game looks repetitive just swing your sword, charge attack, counter I get it’s early in the game, but a laser gun doesn’t add much else. There are no air combos. It’s more hack and slash then combo heavy. The voice acting isn’t the best in all honesty I feel like people are hate buying it because of the character. At least in games like Bayonetta and devil may cry you could have a wide variety of weapons in combos that you can do.

@@jeremy2684 You can’t juggle enemies or do air combos. It is literally hack and slash, not a beat ‘em up. One prioritizes juggles and fast pace combo build ups an the other is pulling off your strongest moves to kill the enemy and moving on. Look at Bayonetta and devil may cry combos. And this games gameplay loop and you’ll see a difference.

I mean if anything it's closer to Sekiro, Nioh and Soulborne rather than DmC /Nier so ofc its combat system is not gonna work like that. You have slow-paced combat, tough enemies with intense attacks that staggering you with every hits, enemies with block breaker and grab attacks that deal alot of dmg, the Blink skill is literally mikiri counter lol, defensive playstyle that required you to parry more and dodge more, stance-break meter build up by parrying, bonfire that refill healing items, respawn enemies, etc,... What's more soul-likes than that? Their devs made it pretty clear that they made the combat system closer to soul-likes type of games Idk why ppl expect DMC /Bayonetta in it. Btw the demo only come with normal mode though I hope they have hardcore mode where enemies could 1-2 shots you, right now enemies deal so little dmg to player

Nier Automata is better!

Love the animations, the protagonist is beauty. , the game is outstanding. But for the love of anyone please IMPROVE THE MUSIC'S of the game. It's like I'm listening Soul music in a Rave party....
