There is a lot to unpack here. Let's talk about Stellar Blade and this latest, utterly baffling, case of censorship.

I've said it before It's not _just_ the outfits. It's bigger than the outfits. It's bigger than Stellar Blade. Sony has been censoring Asian games for some time now, while letting other countries get away with far more. It's a hypocritical double standard. Stellar Blade is just the first time something with a large enough social interest has gotten the attention of the masses. There's a chance for real change here. #FreeStellarBlade

The most ridiculous part its how these ignorants are thinking to have the rights to mock us? WE are the buyer, WE are the customers, WE was scammed and they are also pushing us to play the game with their "patch" but beside that its our business about how we want to play a videogame, but who they are to judging us and forcing us to play a game iwth a censored patch, i bought an product and its me the weird one? Oh please...

You know, I'm pretty sure Mortal Kombat games back in the 90's had settings for the amount of gore in their games, but I suppose that, even 30 years later, a simple concept like that is still too novel for Sony to wrap their regressive heads around. Pitiful.

Ironic since Mortal Kombat is pretty much the reason we have the ESRB... which is in itself a form of soft censorship.

nice video. I like that u can remain civil and make a good argument. I succumb to profanity and mockery which can easily backfire.

The hilarious part about all this: Shift Up is using this outcry of people whining their waifu's aren't masturbation bait anymore for free press. They sell millions of copies, "fan" backlash puts the controversy all over Reddit, Gamefaqs, and the internet as a whole giving them free advertising, and and worst, they end up refunding maybe 10% of the games. Which is also telling about who only bought the game for Eve and her oversexualization.

Why are you posting rage bate? And/or intentionally misunderstanding what's going on here? Did you actually listen to any of this video?

@@GarryGri What rage bait are you seeing? I listened to the video thoroughly. Sony is "censoring" Stellar Blade, is that enough summation? Is it because of the "woke agenda"? Most likely not. And if it truly is, what better way to get the "masses" to give your game free press than to let them tout it as the "Savior of AAA titles." Unless Shift Up's president, or whoever was commenting on it, was just putting a bold face lie to cover up Sony's actions(doubt it given Asian cultures usually run on a strong honor system). I mean, come on, anyone asking for a refund under false advertisement's best claim is: "My game character's skin is not longer showing on her tits, ass, and thighs. I was promised naked skin on tits, ass, and thighs." Course, they'll refund it since the claims are technically true; however, it's violence(which usually is a hue no-no in Eastern Markets) is still there in it's full uncensored glory. So yes, when the dust is finally settled over this whole debacle. Shift Up will still be in the green, the "censorship" will still be there, and everyone who didn't buy the game because it promised a relief from the, let's count... maybe 10 western games with "Ugly"(though very, very undefined term usually just resorting to the age old: "I don't find them attractive.") woman characters. Which it still does mind you. Eve is still highly sexualized, honestly, the engineer clothes is just a bunny suit with a jacket thrown on top, literal lingerie, more skin than your average tik tok thot if you will(though funny they're looked down on while Eve is pedestaled by these very people).
