I try to create spanish roof tiles . And the problem is if i choose sloped glazing and try to edit the grid lines and ERROR :Changes have been made that cause a curtain wall with type driven grid lines to exceed the maximum allowed number of type driven lines (200 in direction (1) and 200 in direction (2)). If you really need this many type driven grid lines, please split the affected wall before proceeding.

Super video, Balkan Architect!! I wish I could press "like" more than once. Maybe 500 times. :) I have a request. Can you make a video with Autodesk Advanced Steel? I'm a structural engineer in manufacturing and we often do (single) parts drawings in addition to plan, section, and detail drawings. It's because our drawings go from client approval to fabrication. These other drawings really help the fabrication shop in their work. If you can do it, I would really appreciate it!

Hey! First of all thanks for all of your tutorials, they've saved a lot of my time! But I have a problem - when I make a connection between steel beams/columns I can't make this connection visible! Revit just write that "The shapes for medium and fine detail levels of connected element are inconsistent". I've already tried to change visibility settings and detail level, but it didn't help! What should I do? Revit 2019.

Nice video with a quick workflow. But. Major issues are columns are placed on the wrong axis and that bracing connection to the rafter that was brushed off as "looks ok" will not work. There are many other little things that make us engineers cringe too. If you would like some simple structural input on your tutorial content feel free to give me a shout. Thanks for all your informative and productivity enhancing content!

I learned Catia, Solidworks and Inventor, a lot of mistakes at first. On the beginning you need just to understand functions, it doesn't matter will it actually work in reality. :) Same with Revit. Learn how to place columns, walls, floor, then go to MEP, etc. You can get the basics online, but you will understand how to work in 3D programs once you actually start working in a company on a real projects. :)

Very nice tutorial thanks! But the column orientation is "wrong". The major axis of the H column should be parallel to the opening of the portal frame cause usually thats where the largest moments are joing to apear. Since you made a pinned bracing system i dont see why you would put the strong axis at that direction.
