I’m LIVING for the enemies-to-friends potential with Stede and Izzy this season. Seems like there’s finally some mutual respect between them!Con’s acting this season has been nothing short of stunning, so glad Izzy has been getting more time to shine :). I wouldn’t mind if he stayed bitter, but I’m hoping we get to see even a smidge of a relaxed/softer size of Izzy with the new crew.

I really do love how in season 1 they prob had the most unhealthy relationship, but now, they have one of the most healthy! I think its cause Izzy has lost his hatred, while also discovering his own self worth, and recognizing Stedes good intentions.

i absolutely love how in s2 when stede becomes the captain, izzy hangs out with him (on his own accord) in the captain’s quarters. their relationship has grown so much, i wish they’d been able to continue it 💔
