I've not tried the rice but like the sweet potatoes and parsnips. The potatoes taste better done in the air fryer but the parsnips are dry when cooked in there, so I cook them in the oven with the roast potatoes and beef dripping.

Apart from the rice,you could buy a few parsnips and sweet potatoes and season them yourself. Cheaper.
