Steamed Taro Cake / Yam Cake 芋头糕 / 五香芋头糕
芋头糕是一道传统的经典糕点，是马来西亚人经常在早餐和茶楼吃的糕点，我们喜欢把糕点沾上特制的甜酱和虾米辣椒酱，再配上一杯浓浓的咖啡，吃起来更是味道一流，是简单又风味十足的糕点。

配料: Ingredients:
900克 芋头 - 900 g Taro
2 条 腊肠 - 2 Chinese sausage
100 克 虾米 - 100 g dried shrimp
100克 小葱头 - 100 g shallot
8 朵香菇 - 8 mushrooms
1 根葱 - 1 green onion
2 条红辣椒 - 2 red chili
1 茶匙鹽 - 1 tsp salt
½ 茶匙胡椒粉 - ½ tsp white pepper
½ 茶匙五香粉 - ½ tsp five spice powder
B
500克 粘米粉 - 500 g rice flour
80克 木薯粉- 80 g tapioca flour
20克 澄粉 - 20 g Wheat Starch
1湯匙盐 - 1 tbsp salt
少许胡椒粉 - dash of white pepper
1500 ml 温水 - 1500 ml Warm water
1 茶匙芝麻油 - 1 tsp Sesame oil

Thank you for sharing your recipe. This is my second time making this yam cake and both a success. Both times I made a big batch and refrigerate in small portion for my family. They still taste good even after one month in freezer.
