Maangchi can you please make ALGONI JJIM PLSSS?? (Pollock roe and milt) I’ve had it once at a korean restaurant in hawaii and I’ve been looking for a place that sells it here in TX but no luck. I’d like to learn how to make it myself

I grow these in my garden. Fantastic plant just keeps giving and giving.. I let them turn red as well. Also, you get random peppers that are hot.. surprise.

Yum! I'm going to try this, thanks so much for the recipe. My husband loves dried anchovies so I bet he will be a huge fan of this dish. I usually grill shishito peppers and toss them in oil and furikake seasoning so it's very nice to see a new twist. Thank you!

Hi Maangchi, I love the shishito peppers. Just a warning! It is true that they are mild for the most part, but I have found some spicy ones sneak in there from time to time. I’m okay with that because I love spicy foods, but others may get the surprise of their lives because of their extreme sensitivity to spicy!
