Every Tuesday/Wednesday at 11pm GMT whilst playing Call of Duty Warzone 2, this happens. Call of Duty states profile signed out and Steam say no connection like its in offline mode.
For a competitive game like warzone with penalties to leaving/losing, it is frustrating.
No announcement from steam when this happens. Sent a support ticket to steam and they are blaming the game, I send to the game and they blame steam.
this does not seem to happen on any other game.
Tested on other online games such as Runescape, Empyrion & C&C RA3.
steam, please add a notice in the client when maintenance is planned.
call of duty, can we not have a penalty when there is a loss of game network like steam.
