Staying Positive Through My Cancer Battle

Last video I felt pretty down, I've since watched it back and seen just how much my thoughts were leading me down a very negative avenue so much so that my body was also starting to feel my thinking.
It's too easy to do this when you have cancer and sometimes you don't even notice it's happening.
One thing is when you feel this slide starting to occur then explore your thinking and of it's negative try to change it.

It is not easy to stay positive, pains, fatigue, medicine side effects, bad perspectives, all that friends hardly can understand. It is good to find empathy and understanding.

This channel is very helpful, only people with cancer truly understand how it feels.

Hi Woody Don’t apologise for the way you are feeling. Your honesty is the most important thing. We all have our ups and downs. We can all identify with you. You are valued. Cheers. Harry.

Nice one Woody well done, a really good positive video by Dr Mark Scholz came out few days ago this one called How much time do you have to treat prostate cancer, not sure if you aware of him and lady called Alex, so knowledgable and selling nothing, good to watch. I find exercise and laughter a big help, at the minuet. John Cooper Clarke keeping me entertained hard hitting and so so funny. Phil

Good on you Mike, I think it's a great idea, although working full time leaves me fatigued I'm determined to walk as much as possible when I can.

Doctors never expirience metastatic PC in their own bodies, so only we, who are ill, really know all suffering from illness and poisonous medicines (antihormon, chemo, radiation..)
