I had suffered with mental health once I came back from Olympics. I fought I won and will never have to face it again. But during making this video my problems relapsed. I'm better now. New version of this video will be released next week. But I wanted to show you the process. I wanted to show you that no matter how beautiful those videos are, how are strong other people may seem - we all struggle, we all have our demons - it's ok.

Hi Mateusz hopefully you will read my comment... I was on my first year of medical school in Bolivia, I felt like I wasn't enough and that it wasn't working out but after watching your first two videos I was so motivated I was finally getting everything they said on my classes and kept studying and re watching every single video you uploaded and now I'm a Doctor and trying to enter residency in the US, thank you for all the motivation and being a part of me achieving my goals 🙌🏼

Hey Man, your videos have been with me during my struggles. It helped me understand life. Mother Nature will never let you down. It was always her way of testing her fittest child to make sure he comes out strongest. Infact, it is not the strength, but a deeper insight about life that will keep him floating while others drown. Bro got me through college. Those long days and late nights when you need an extra boosts he was the best motivation.

I went from failing in university to thriving in medical school in part because of you. During my 45 minute commutes home from my university I would listen to your videos to keep me going. Now i'm almost a family medicine physician, I married the love of my life, and I'm a new father. Your art game me the strength to keep going during a time in my life when I felt nobody cared. That's the thing that makes this channel the best. It's not always about grinding to success, to elevate your position or stuff like that: some people have to grind just to survive on a daily basis, and it's the hardest fight there is for some of us out there, the fight within. Not many channels cover the inner struggle people have to deal with.

Tyson Fury recently brought me not only back to my feet but to reclaim my life

I can distictly remember randomly coming across one of your videos when I was maybe in the 10th grade or so. Had to of been 2015 or so. I had extremely bad self esteem issues, on and off depression, and my anxiety was at it's highest. I didn't excel academically due to my ADHD-like symptoms. I didn't know what I wanted to do with my life after high school, but I knew I wanted to be great at something, and more importantly, happy. The night I found your channel, I watched every video you had out at the time. I very much feel like that year was a very hard wake up call that I was simply early into my process and I just needed to forgive myself for not being perfect. Coming out of highschool, I began to strength train and bulked from a very underweight 115 lbs to 145 lbs by the end of the year. To me, that's really when my life began. My mental fog cleared up, my confidence grew into something true and stable, and I actually loved myself for once. A few years later, it's 2023 and after following my passions and learning as much as I could to maximize my own results, I've found myself helping others do the same. Now I'll be starting my own personal training business really soon, with the core goal of lifting peoples' sprits in hopes they too can find their own way in this life. Your content very much steered me into the right direction. Thanks for everything and for sharing your story, man. You're a good soul

I remember watching these videos from MateuszM as a teenager and how impactful it was. I had a dream like many of the people who watch these types of videos. if you refuse to give up no matter what, you will succeed. It took me a decade to achieve my goal. I went through absolute hell to get to where i’m at, every day was a battle and it paid off.

Let go of all that pressure, Take a pause if you need to , breath and get back up . Get out of your head, Start by small actions , Find your true mission and if you want to share it with the world do it. Take care of your energy , always and find your own definition of success.
