Classic Kurt! Glad you're doing side stuff again. Something about the comic feels very much "you". I know personally it's hard to juggle work and side stuff along with home duties. You seem to get it done though. I've been on a knowledge road myself learning entry level IT to shift my main career from retail, but also getting back into video game conceptualizing which is something I love to do (core concepts, mechanics, story, basic idea art, etc). I'm adding in development software as well, maybe even Java script learning. Basically, my approach is to try and keep myself learning to an end goal, in a way that is structured how school is. Giving myself multiple classes, and having that one to two I LOVE doing. It keeps me from getting bored, but makes sure I'm working on things daily. I've got to work on the schedule part of it, working full time and all, but it's been exciting. The reality is that tonight, tomorrow, next week, month, year - none of that is guaranteed for yourself or others. So do your thing today; be happy now.

It was just generally a very weird transition for me, to go from making videos for myself with the intention of getting a job at GameSpot, to suddenly getting that job, and then focusing all my energy there, and no longer making videos for myself? It's been a really tough balancing act that I'm still very much trying to figure out. As for you, all of that sounds absolutely incredible, and I have a tremendous amount of excitement for you about game conceptualization. I thrive for that shit. This sounds like an excellent plan, btw. Keep being creative, keep being great.
Nice to see you creating again. Keep that "voidness" away!

The voidness will always linger... just a matter of maneuvering with it? Fill it? Anyway, thank you Our Old House. It's so good to see you still around and coming back. Thank you.
Glad to see you posted on this channel again! I missed your videos. Any chance of a semi-active comeback? If not, good luck at Gamespot!

Thank you, Jack! Truly, it's so great to see you coming by again. I don't want to make any promises about posting more videos again. But I've been wanting to... So, we'll see. It's been a tough balancing act trying to figure out what I'm doing that could live alongside the video work I do at GameSpot.
KURT! Glad to see another video, please please upload more often! Your videos are incredible, over time you'll certainly hit it big on here.

Dude, I've missed your videos so much. I'm really glad that you are doing well. Since your last video I have landed my dream job, which is still blowing my mind, and taking care of myself more than I ever have before. I definitely understand where you are coming from with everything going on in the world it's weird. Keep your head up and stay on the path you are on. I can't wait for the next video. Take your time and pursue your dreams and stay on top of your mental health!

I'm hesitant say I'm back, but rather, I'm still here! I never stopped making videos, just not here but over on GameSpot. Anyway, thank you Jake! Thanks for showing up. I don't want to promise anything with making videos here, but I've been wanting to.
