The KCET ident has absolutely mindblowing CGI for the late 1970s!

I loved this new format! A new way to see the most famous idents of the city's, it is good to see other idents that are not from Latin America, Brazil and the United States to see others!

I swear I hope he includes Forssavisio in the next part. Only one capture of this obscure station from Forssa exists and it got featured in a previous video of his. After that, the ident went missing and completely forgotten. #JusticeForForssavisio

7:28 The truth is that the red square no longer exists in the new graphs... which when I first saw those graphs I thought why didn't they do it in HD oh I traveled through all the cities and places in the country

Interesting idea. A lot of variety here. It is interesting seen how local idents work in different countries since these idents are often not as well documented as idents from the largest/capital cities or cities which are second or third most notable in their respective countries.

Very interesting tour around the world, aided by a very good selection of idents, as actually quite surprised how good the idents for some of the really small cities, like with RTS-5A Glad to see Dhaka represented, disappointed to not see Helsinki or Turku or some other Finnish city represented.

Never did. I indirectly showed it to him on discord around when I made part 6 of favorite logos, and a year later he said that was one of his top favorite logos.

It's small stations with transmission powers of just about 1 or 2 kilowatts, sometimes even less than that. They're meant to only serve a small area of a metropolis or a small town.

Tokyo is the largest metropolitan area in the world, which includes Yokohama and Chiba, both are completely different cities from Tokyo. If I did do it that way then most people in New Jersey would be living in 'New York City' or 'Philadelphia'.
