State finds Baltimore City Schools violated federal rights of disabled student
Another scandal is emerging in Baltimore City Public Schools. A state investigation prompted by a recent FOX45 Project Baltimore report found City Schools violated federal law concerning the education of a student with disabilities. And there could be more students affected.
Whitney Davis and her son Darian Flood are barely getting by.
“There are days where I go without eating so that I can feed my children,” Davis, a Baltimore City mother, told Project Baltimore. “Life has been extremely hard.”

At least the news is reporting on this. Attention and public outrage gets parents to school board meetings and that can lead to kicking out the school board that is allowing all this.

This is disgraceful, not to mention unethical and illegal.
The school should have to provide the taxpayers money to the parent.
NC in my district if you get below a 50 (at ms level) in first 2 grading periods they raise your grade to a 50
