QUICK and easy state Fair Funnel Cake Recipe

Ingredients for batter
- 4 cups of Flour
- 2 Tsp of Baking powder
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1 tsp of salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 Cups of Milk
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- POWDER SUGARRRRRRRR
- HOT Oil for frying
Toppings (Optional)
- Oreos
- Ice-cream
- Chocolate/Carmel/ Strawberry Syrup
- Peanuts
- Whip Cream
- Marshmallows
- Hershey
- Graham Crackers
- ( 2 TBSP of cinnamon and 1 cups of sugar)
STEPS
- Mix Flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Set aside
- Grab another bowl and place your eggs, Vanilla, and milk inside. Whisked until combined
- Next slowly add your wet ingredients to your dry ingredients while whisking thoroughly.
- Use a funnel (or a bottle/ piping bag) and pour you batter directly into hot oil.
- Fry for about 15- 30 sec on each side or until golden Brown.

Thank you for your video. You have too much fun making this crap, ... and there's no such thing as "too much fun". I'm going to try that with my instant Pancake mix, ... I use Pancake mix for everything, ... Battered Fish for Fish and Chips, Sweet and Sour Chicken Balls, Pork Balls, etc. Balls. I can't see why it wouldn't make a Funnel Cake, just as I can't see why I'd want to make one. AGGHHH!!! Keep up the great work and good luck.
