PREHEAT OVEN 350 DEGEREES
MAKE SURE to buy some Mini Bundt Pans. Here's the one's I Used

INGREDIENTS FOR CAKE
- 3 TBSP of melted butter
- 1 Cup of warm milk
- 2 TBSP of honey
- Pinch of salt
- Egg
- 2 tsp of Instant Yeast (or one packet)
- 2 Cups of all purpose flour
- 1 3.4oz of pudding mix (if you want … I REALLY RECOMMEND IT)
- Berries for décor if you like :)
INGREDIENTS FOR FROSTING
- 4 TBSP of cream cheese (room temp)
- 2 TBSP of softened butter
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 4 TBSP of heavy cream
STEPS FOR CAKE
- Combine melted butter and warm milk in a bowl.
- Add honey, salt, and yeast and stir till dissolved
- Next add in flour, pudding mix and 1 egg. Stir until combined
- Pour in buttered Mini Bundt cake Tins and let the dough sit for 30 mins.
- Place in oven and bake for 15 Mins at 350 Degrees
STEPS FOR ICING
- "Cream" Cream cheese and butter.
- Add powder sugar and slowly add 4 TBSP of heavy cream.
- Whisked until chunks are gone and apply to your cakes
DECORATING TIPS
- I honestly place my icing in the microwave for about 20 secs to make it easier to apply. (You don't want it completely melted but just a little)
- When you take the Bundt pans out, place them upside. THIS WILL HELP make them Flat.
