I love your breakdowns fellas as always. But people don’t listen to their account of the Gomis fight where he got the tko. Gomis in fact did not kick his last opponent in the cup. It wasn’t even close. The guy tried to pretend he did, the ref called him out on it and then called the fight. Re watch the end to that fight if ya’ll don’t believe me.

Just rewatched it. Super close. Maybe slightly grazed the top part of his cup or maybe it didn't, but Either way we can both agree that was a trash stoppage right?

I disagree on the stoppage being a bad one. The reason being that it probably hurt him badly enough to make him pretend it was a nut shot. The reason the cup lifted and moved is because of the shorts being moved from the kick at the belt line. You cant sit there and pretend a nut shot happened so you can recover. Gomis was winning that fight too.
