March always puts me in AC mood

I recently started a new island too after getting burnt out from an island where I was trying to do such a specific theme and design style. This time I decided to just build whatever I want and I'm not using any Nintendo Online bc I think all the design codes and treasure islands is what overwhelmed me before. I'm doing normcore I guess, but I'm also just letting it be ugly

Was an amazing stream and was the 1st I’ve watched. Helped me get through the tough time of resetting. Will definitely watch more and keep my notifs on! *Tysm tiger!*

welcome back, Tiger. I just started a new island a month ago- my first time restarting since first getting the game. It's been a grind- especially being in debt and worrying about running out of storage. Thankfully I have HHP this time so I can get more of the items I need for my theme. I'm going to try for citycore based on something I wrote. And today I just reached 5 stars, so things are progressing, although slower than I'd like. I time-traveled to grind up to 3 stars but will be playing in real time going forward

I recently just got back into animal crossing as well and am currently redoing my island after 2-3 years :)! If you ever need recipes I have a bunch on my island

Omg Tiger, I started following you when acnh first came out. I just love listening to your sweet voice and I most definitely loved ur builds and islands. It is nice to see u back here, I'm just now coming back and watching videos and starting to get a better idea of what I am going to do on my island.

I have two islands that I have had from the beginning of acnh but I got cancer so I stopped working on them and focused on my cancer treatments and my first surgery and remission. And well now it's back and now it's inside of my body and I am doing treatments and awaiting another surgery 😢. So I decided I am going to bury myself in working on my islands and at least getting one of them done 😅lol. And now that your back it kinda makes it a perfect time ❤ for me to be here again. God is looking out for me in giving u back to the acnh community, please don't go anywhere.

Can confirm. I have seen wasps take small bits of salami and other pieces of meat and flew it back to their hive. On a lighter note Yeay!! You’re back!! 😍

I am so happy that you are back. I totally agree about the nostalgia and cozy vibes of this game. My husband bought my first Switch for me and this game for Mother’s Day in 2020 after trying to find a Switch because they were all sold out. I have several thousand hours in this game and still have my original island. I miss the music that is part of the early game, and other fun things that move on after you have played for a while. I played this game for many hours with my sister (online, She lived in Texas), some nights being up till almost dawn during the height of Covid. She passed in 2022 and I stopped playing for a while because it just hurt so much. Healing has happened and now I can pick up the game with gratitude for the memories we created together in the game. I bought a second switch, the Animal Crossing version in 2021 thinking I might start my own KZread channel but never did it. I am thinking now is the time to open that new Switch and start a brand new island. Keep Blathers in his tent, and Harvey roaming my island as part of the new island. I agree, I think there is a vibe right now to start playing Animal Crossing again. It just has that sweet, simple easy energy, and now that we are seasoned players we can bring that skill to the game, and enjoy the whole process without the need to rush through to get it completed. Thank you for sharing and so happy you are back!!!🥰

I just began my island again. However, I used an Animal Crossing Islandname generator to a name this one. However, I went for ironic. I am from Texas, but, for a change, and more of a challenge, I chose a Southern Hemisphere island instead. My island name is GHOSTEARTH, but I am all about cute, gorgeous, elegance, and princesses. The major color palette that I am going for is pink, purple, and blue, with white. However, I am doing this island different, than my previous island. I began my island on March 7th, but I am nowhere near as far as you are. I caught your sixth and seventh video from your streams, and chose to watch from the first one. I may be playing my Acnh island, but I stop to watch your videos. I need to give my island my undivided attention. Currently doing lots of waterscaping and landscaping. Earlier, I moved all of my trees to the south, and now That the back is mostly arranged, leaving room for alterations for inclines and bridges. My castle will have 2 royal balconies. One with a butterfly pond, and one overlooking the top part of the river that has 2 waterfalls,which heads off in to different directions. Crescent moon Lake, since it has river fish. My house, I think will be kinda normal, but may have some palace type rooms. Around my castle will have arched stone and (maybe) some stone pavement, plus a red carpet to the throne less throne area. My village will have wooden pavement, but I plan on beautifying it up a great deal. I plan on Museum, Able, and 6 houses, not to mention the surf shack (I really need some surfboards, but it is Autumn in my game) I hope to create a school, restaurant, park, and Amusement Park, but they will probably be on the main side of the river. Planning on 4 farms, but one has fake crops. A creepy area, but it will be small. Planning a forest May have all the fruit trees now, but have not planted any of the other fruit yet. My island is oranges. Mom sent pears. Sister fruit is peaches. Still have no bamboo shoots yet, or been to bamboo island yet. I normally get the turnips shortly after starting the island, but I only buy enough to get the ants. Since I know the very first time will be a small spike, I want to wait to purchase any. Plus, my storage is full, so I have furniture dropped all over the place, while paying off both: my house and the inclines. I now have a 2nd story, and paid off the inclines for my 2 balconies, but… I chose the first permanent bridge will be to begin connecting the village. Hopefully, I will have a tropical area too, but I am more focused on getting items, and landscaping, and moving real buildings, while getting bridges, inclines, and paying off my house for more storage at this time. Still missing lots of DIYs, castle stuff, throne stuff, medieval walls, … Iron garden DIYs. Log stool DIYs. Did not get them this time. Either way, maybe eventually, I will get them. I want the big stuff, but nowhere to put them anyway. I am also not a gat person, but I am looking forward to tiaras. Currently wearing the bunny day crown.

My starter villagers are Goose, the chicken, and Diva, the purple frog. Still working on getting their pictures, but undecided about Diva. I like her, and her palette matches my vibe, along with my tenth villager, Becky. Snooty chicken. I never thought of frogs and chickens as cutesy, but they both do fit in well with my pink, blue, and purple island. But, where they do not appear cute, they do seem to fit the elegance box, and … Becky’s default clothing is the purple renaissance dress. Either way, until I get their pictures, none of my neighbors are leaving.
