There was a Lada dealership across from me, they had a Niva as a recovery/service vehicle. I always wanted one. Sadly I never owned one, but did have a 1200 saloon, which I loved.

My 1st car was a lada niva everest , with the 1.6 carburatore based on fiat 124 and 125 engine with 75 hp. (Yours is the newest 1.7 injection peugeot) Very spartan car and very thirsty of petrol,but unstoppable off road. A equippedit with a G.p.l. system. How beautiful remeber

🤣🤣🤣 Это не двигатель пежо, это инжекторная версия старого двигателя Лада, лишь на 100 кубиков больше в объеме.

Нива - легенда. Так ещё и инжекторная. Самая мягкая машина, в которой я когда либо ездил. Жаль что наш автопром стоит на месте уже много десятков лет и выпускает одно и то же. Сейчас это устаревшая мусорка. Но в 70-80х годах , когда она проектировалась и начала выпускаться это был топовый автомобиль.

Funny that this little 4x4 is one of the best car ever made. Certainly due of rusticity and the simplicity of these. I wish to have one in good shape soon, I love the Niva 😍

Such a recognizable Niva-sound... My first car was VAZ-2121 from -81, red as Soviet Union flag :) It was quite a good quality back in those days, much better than later nineties and nowadays. I made nearly 90 000 km with it, unfortunately got an accident so the car went scrapped. Still miss it.

I think you should start giving away on give aways these cars ( collectors would love some retro cars for museums or just a project ). Or someone could really use an ofroad car such as the Niva for the vineyards or fields where crops grow. Im a person who is broken * by broken i mean when i see a lada i take at least 10 pictures of it * and always has wanted a lada niva or a lada 2101/2103/2105/2106/2107. And that is why i enjoy watching starting videos of ladas. And if i get a chance to get an old rusty lada, i'll restore it and return it to it's glory

Se portó bien a escepcion de un problema con el piñón que movía el distribuidor, pero por lo demás era muy fuerte . Gracias por los vídeos , para mí son como estrenos de cine, y aprendo con cada uno que veo ... Por cierto no he tenido el detalle de daros las gracias por los vídeos d los camiones , el Scania y el otro que ni conocía . Gracias me lo pasé muy bien viéndolos y los tengo en N mis favoritos . son excelentes, aca en bariloche argentina esta lleno, nadie los quiere vender porque son los 4x4 mas fieles que existen, el problema son las piezas y repuestos, muchos le ponen motores de fiat y algunos le anulan la doble traccion para que siga andando, pero realmente maneje uno en medio de la nada y era increible, podias ir por cualquier lugar sin que te importe si te encallabas o si habia mucho lodo

Если вы говорите про звёздочку распределителя зажигания и маслянного насоса,то да это была проблема,но на двигатель 1,7(как на данной ниве) они изменили эту шестерню и теперь всё работает!а у меня нива 5 дверей и двигатель 1,8

Yeah

I think this car would be great for carrying light weights and small trailers. Lada engines are bulletproof so it would last a long time. It is amazing how the shell has decomposed but the rest of the car still runs fine.

My gradpa has one of those. Engine works like a dream but the car is rusted the way i've never seen on any other car. I Mean it has huge rusted out hole in the door and to be honest if the guy working at the MOT station wasn't his old classmate that car would probably end in a junkyard haha. Lots of memories of this car. I remember how grandpa let me drove it sometimes when I was a kid (dad is a mechanic so when others kids played on computers he was teaching me to drive haha. I distinctly remember how the driving school teacher asked me if I have ever driven a car - ofc I said no because I was scared it would get me in trouble if I said yes. But after first lesson he said - yeah sure you never drove a car but you drive like you already have licence for 10 years lol.

A co-worker had one of those and he took it hunting in the bush all the time. He did not have much trouble with it except the key breaking off in the ignition switch... Said he liked the car very much. They did sell these for a short time here in Canada, but have not seen one in decades...

Именно такая нравится. 21214 2003 год примерно. Простой инжектор Евро-2, никаких ГУР, АБС, кондиционеров. Отдельные бачки с жидкостью для тормозов и сцепления. Карданные валы на крестовинах. Заслонка механическая. На дверях простые обшивки, а не этот говно-пластик с которым ещё больше шумов и скрипов становится в машине. Как по мне - самое то.

The body was always their weakness. They used to be sold to us Canadians but I feel like they rusted away and were junked so fast, as an adult I have only seen 2 still on the road.

There are some that have been imported but they usually sell for 9-10 grand or above.

Один из немногих плюсов ниваса. Жигомотор такой простой, что в нем нечему ломаться. Серьезно, у деда нивас 10 лет стоял. Заменили провода ВВ и все. Даже на 10 летнем бензе завелась

😮1.7 injection!!! I never knew they fitted injection to that engine I've only ever seen it with a carb .i know the later belt drive engine had injection as option . Am sure the other engines were smaller capacity that they put in everything else? . You tube channel garage 54 seems to do wacky things with that chain drive engine . I found funy 😂 for all the bad press lada got for their cars i dont think they were that bad they did what they needed to and nothing more . No frills motoring ! And that riva seems a capable bit of kit . And only noticed the rev counter 😮at part way through now ive never seen one of them in a larda .and am assuming theres a head gasket issue with the wanting to over heat ? .once again big thank you to yourself and family and friends who help in the making of these videos

Still a good condition for a Lada We own a 2007 ZAZ Lada 21093 and it rots as hell. Stands still as a monument at a village, sometimes is used to drive offroad or to carrry firewood, the trunk is big enough. For everyday purposes we drive Skodas :)

Everywhere else, except Eastern Europe. A used one covered in rust from Bulgaria goes for like €500 without papers. A decent one goes for 1-2k euros.

in the field there is such an engine as on that passenger car , only it is injectable , there are more problems on the one hand and a couple of advantages , however , nika is a good option for rural areas , replace consumables and on the way )

Very reliable, very simple car to use and it can start very easily. Since I’m from the Republic of North Macedonia, a country on the Balkan Peninsula, I see a lot of communist cars still driving around like: Zastava Yugo Koral 55, Zastava 101 Skala, Lada VAZ-2107 and a lot more. Lada Nivas are common too! It is normal here to see “communist” cars because North Macedonia was a part of Yugoslavia back in the day. I love your channel and your videos, keep doing more of these communist cars!
