How much thicker than the end design should the blank be? Let's say i want an end thickness of 2-1/2", would 2-3/4" be good?

Hello, good shape. One question: when you cut the overlap with razor is dry or wet? And before the hotcoat, Do you sand the overlap (step)? Thanks

When I cut it, it's about an hour after I wrapped it, so it's not completely cured, it's just a little soft. Do not sand the overlapped area, just press the cut area slightly with a roller

@@est-surf hello. The problem is there is a step between foam and overlap, after hot-coat it is not level, there is a step. What can I do for hot coat is a level? Thanks

What were the dims in this board?

When adding futures boxes to a twin fin fish do you use the 1/2 or 3/4 depth? Thanks!

For twin fins only use 3/4 depth 👍
