Thanks so much for all the info. My husband and I have 11 acres in Tennessee that we want to open a venue on. It has a small barn and it's where we got married. What about info on tax requirements for using property for commercial, insurance requirements, facilities/parking requirements? Running the business is straightforward. Getting to that point is difficult and I haven't found any recourses for the legal aspect of starting this type of business. Do you have any resources for that type of info?
