7 Tips for Starting A Wedding Venue:
1. Get into the business because you want to. But first, answer the question: Does the market need another event venue?
2. Do not assume any location is best for venues. Start with legal planning and zoning
3. Barriers to entry are lower if you own the location.
4. Find a business coach and Facebook groups that talk about these topics
5. Reach out to your state or county about what regulations your property needs to have
6. Get an attorney and get everything in writing
7. Find a regulated marketplace
