I know this comment is over three years old but you’ll come to find out that he was actually a victim to the woman he was in the band with, she’s somewhere around 10 years old than him and despite all that he’s still taking great care of his kid. Severely different degrees of severity here. Depp, Hart and Heaton seem the odd ones out, as the others broke laws and if they weren’t celebrities would be facing serious penalties for their actions. Describing Louis CK as a comedian is an offence in itself. Aren’t comedians obliged to be funny by definition?

"Willingly let themselves be 'dominated'" is victim blaming if there ever was one. The fact that there are *so* many stories of sexual assault isn't just a "Hollywood" or "Weinstein" problem. It is a culturally built problem involving power dynamics, misogyny, and so many other factors. If it seems overwhelming, it is not the women that need to be looked at but the behaviors. It means holding people (men and women) accountable for their actions, and not saying things like "boys will be boys." In the example of Spacey, he absolutely used his power to influence. I don't mean to make light of things, but it's like Dennis from Sunny in Philadelphia. The implication is there. Men are also affected by this. (If anyone is unaware of Dennis from Sunny, google search Dennis implication).

Destroying men's lives with mob mentality, while patting themselves on the back for being brave victims? I truly no longer find any women attractive after this, and I'm not alone. I can assure you, with 100% conviction, that this will not be forgotten for decades. The original Salem Witch Trials was nothing compared to this - that was just a few little girls telling tall tales. This is a concerted effort by thousands of educated, liberated, adult women.

he didn't even do drugs...his tests came back clear. It' now presumed the traces were either planted or were from somewhere he'd been where people around him did drugs. Also it's never been a secret charlie has a child, he just keeps them out of the spotlight for both the child and his mother's protection

The first two are still some of the best actors I’ve ever seen so as long as they don’t murderer or harass anyone I couldn’t care less

Yeah, several rape allegations are worse than harassment allegations (sexual harassment is still terrible, but rape is much worse). Kevin Spacey allegedly did bad things, but Danny's allegations are much, much worse. Kevin should still be in deep, deep trouble, but Danny should be getting a lot more scrutiny. Or maybe he's just not famous enough.

Putting aside the fact that I believe most of the victims, or the fact that I think there is a lot of abuse - sexual, physical, mental - in and around Hollywood, or the fact I have experienced sexual abuse... I have a fundamental problem with the fact that mere allegations are now enough to destroy a career. I want investigations, I want evidence, and if none can be found - then sorry but the case is not made. We cannot have people going down for accusations, even when we find those accusations absolutely horrifying! This has become a case study in witch hunts.

CreepShow Kid Uh no. I would still say the same thing if it was a man in Melanie's place. Mental health does matter in these circumstances, because someone who makes these accusations could be driven by a distortion in their reality or something such as a personality disorder. Even in this instance an unhealthy obsession with the accused. You should take many notes regarding Timothys previous treatment of rape(which she joked about) and her relation with Melanie(of which she gave false information).

Sydney Cadriel it’s not at all surprising that famous people working in an industry completely flooded with powerful, beautiful and influential people, drugs, substance abuse, behavioral issues and lack of privacy is filled with predators. The victims should’ve come forward immediately and they did not.

These celebrities should be put in at least three different groups. Using drugs(were you only hurt yourself) and sexually assaulting/harassing/raping someone (were you hurt others for a life time) should never be put in the same category. At first I honestly thought that all of the celebrities in this video, would be on here for being some type of sexual predator. I don't see drug use, money problems or cheating(yes, cheating sucks) as something that would ruin ones career in Hollywood.

Drug abuse in my experience most definitely hurts other people, it cause a lot of psychological damage to those around you, especially children involved. It should be divided though I agree
