Having firsthand experience with anxiety, insomnia, and a strong desire to connect with my higher self and live my best life, I have tailored these meditations in ways that I have personally found helpful.

Michelle's Sanctuary: Hypnosis & Meditation Now that you mentioned it I went through all your videos and I have a few suggestions... Overcoming Hate , depression , fear , anxiety and also have Hope , forgiveness , kindness and love. These are some of the most important topics for mediation that the world needs right now 😒 I hope this was useful...

your voice is so relaxing but all your videos are short. ( bad insomnia ) PLEASE make one where you talk longer before the sounds take over.
