Really underrated airline definitely worth a try

I say they're worth it, I didn't think the seats were as bad as some folks made them about to be. I'm 6'2 and I was pretty comfortable. Flew from LAX to Bangkok.

I'm glad to hear this. I just seen another review of economy class and he pointed out how small it was. I'm 6-0, and I'm sure he wasn't. Did you fly on an Airbus 350?

@twoweeledsoto6072 Yes, it was the airbus A350-900. If you're a pretty heavy set person, the seats might be uncomfortable, but I think that would be with any airline lol but aside from that, you're going to be just fine. The entertainment they offered and the food was good.

Been on USA - TPE twice on Starlux and it is amazing.

I flew STARLUX few times had great inflight experiences .

Just purchased roundtrip ticket from San Francisco to Bangkok. Awesome in depth video!

@@twoweeledsoto6072 _ Starlux was as nice as any airline I've flown on. Its advantage is that it has newer airplanes that are nice inside. As a over 200 lb person I was comfortable enough.... Although I had to remind the Chinese lady in front of me that reclining that far back all the way for 12 hours was not going to happen on my watch.

Purchased tickets from cheapoaire international flight and was allowed one check in bag only. Was very disapointed. I have had other tickets purchased from cheapoaire from other airlines and about the same general price and had two check in free bagage. If you didnt know get ready to pay $200 for the 2nd check in bag 50lbs.

I might use them this month to LA but not happy to hear about the low selection of English movies. EVA also has a skimpy movie selection not sure what the problem is. The hardware on these planes allows for hundreds of movies. Fix it guys or hire an outside contractor that can do the job right. What is the hard part???

I wish, my flight is $40 for Standard, $70 for Forward, and $160 for Extra Legroom.

Hi, I haven't actually went yet. It's booked for 2 weeks from now. So far the experience has been good. I already selected my meal. Going from LAX to Manila Philippines. @@RoboKnight37

31 inches is very narrow

...and then Starlux strands you some place far away from home. They already have a checker history of operational issues.

I do want to try STARLUX out someday. Also their A321neo seats are different. They using the Collins Aerospace Meridian/Pinnacle Seat for their economy, and Diamond from Collins for their Business :)

Just flew from LAX to TPE Economy Seats are terrible, if person is reclined you can't get out also seats are not comfortable. Customer service terrible english is not good, i know.... but telling me I cant make my flight cause the connection is late (there flight) so my new flight the next day will be at 2030 when they mean 1230 is a problem.... customer no service only available 930 am to 530 pm.. I was told i would not be reimbursed since my flight the next day was early. Wont fly on this airline again why take the chance.

My brother just few from LAX to TPE Economy, he loved everything about it! He's a Starlux fan now :)
