Gameplay overhypes him, based on the Book which was considered the true version of Starkillers story, he is only around Obi-wan level in power

One of my favorite Star Wars characters.

“She is holding you back.” “Her death gives you strength, embrace it.” “Rise above this, she means nothing.” I never considered the possibility that Vader was talking to himself as much as Starkiller. Amazing edit.

Vader/Anakin was such a strong Jedi, that even his apprentice is much more broken than himself

I have never been a fan of Star Wars but these games and Starkiller specifically have always been a shining beacon of what that universe could be if handled properly.

I hope disney never touches him

Starkiller will always be canon for me. The story and the characters arc are one of the best Star Wars narratives ever written alongside KOTOR 1 and 2. Great work, Zurik 🙏💪

More canon than Rey in my books

There was no other character in Star Wars history that held as much of an impact than Starkiller. Powerful in the force, deadly with a lightsaber and one of the only people that could beat Vader and Sidious. He truly was the greatest that ever lived

Amazing and epic tribute Zurik!!! Starkiller or Galen Marek is one of my favorite videogame characters ever. And one of Star Wars universe too. You made him justice making this tribute. The Final mission in the first game is an epic one.

STARKILLER and VADER together would be such a good movie.

Have you seen what's going on in the new canon? You first figure out what exactly is canonical in the new canon Recently, a bunch of books about the new canon have no longer become canon, and TV series and animated series have elements that contradict each other

It's a shame they don't make games like this anymore

This video has brought me great nostalgia from my childhood and makes me miss the game and wish that Disney hadnt made him non-canon but have actually understood on what they couldve done to make him apart of the timeline.

This is how I figured out who Sam Witwer was and I’m thankful for that.

Damn, no love for Sam Witwer in the comments, yet? I'm so glad he turned out the be a terrific voice actor for The Clone Wars' Darth Maul, a truly iconic perfomance (Kenooobiiii!!!), but he'll always be Starkiller to me. Thanks for this hit of nostalgia Zurik.

It's amazing how much good Star Wars content there was before Disney bought Lucasfilm.

I know people say that he’s too over-powered and I don’t completely disagree, however you’ve gotta imagine how he was created and how the OG Starkiller could’ve been legit to a point. Pulling a starship out of the sky is way too much I’m completely aware. He was son to a powerful Jedi, then taken as a boy and put through gruelling training for years by Darth Vader. Imagine the hate, rage, and pain he would’ve experienced, completely indoctrinated into the dark side. Loyal to nothing except his master. Taught only to hate and destroy, none of the history or mindfulness, just pure combat. Plus I’m sure the lightsaber form he uses also taps into the dark side. Though do correct me if I’m wrong. Overall I’d say that should grant his character some slack.
