There IS a 40 mode, with a 120hz monitor

The patch is a winner. The game is fantastic now. I played it all night last night. Feels like a brand new game. I'm playing it at 40fps on visual mode and it feels buttery smooth. The patch is a game changer. Thank you, Bethesda! I'll be playing the hell out of this game for the remainder of the year.

You need a 120hz TV and the 40fps option becomes available. This is what I use and feel the sweet spot is 40fps with visual mode as the preference. Everything looks good, it's smoother than 30fps and I don't see it dropping below 40 much if at all 😌👌🏼

Ah ha! Thanks for the heads-up! Our capture equipment has a limit on 60fps, which is why it didn't show, ha! Appreciate it.

Im running uncapped visuals mode and it looks amazing. Only high demand areas (antlantis/akila city) are kind of rough. Otherwise its a completely different game! Note: I have an LG oled tv with VRR on.

Really hoping that visuals at 60 gets the job done. I have VRR if needed, but the video suggests not using it. I'll be jumping back in when the expansion drops later this year.

The game developers at Bethesda had said that they want graphics over performance, but unfortunately the Xbox is hardware is limited if you have autism like me probably keep it on performance even if you want better graphics but yet again your eyes and your monitor/TV might be different so test it out yourselves

I'll try this on the PS5 Pro when they finally have it patched up

Sorry to let you know but PS5 pro has almost same CPU as PS5, therefore you won't be getting that much more frame in your imaginary PS5 version. Buy the next Xbox instead and stop being a fanboy.

I have an LG nano which was created in collaboration with Xbox for use primarily with the Xbox Series X & to a lesser extent the Series S. I'm using 120Htz VRR, 120fps plus performance mode. I constantly achieve 119/120fps & it never drops below 119fps even during battle action settings
