The sheer strength of the "My life for Aiur" during zeratul's last stand always makes me cry like a little bitch

it just amazes me how much Raynor is respected because he helped evacuate Aiur and became history himself by creating the biggest revolution, and rescuing Kerrigan.

Damn, i can still tear up over Jim's last bar scene...

I know, it's beautiful. I love how you can see how out of place he is when peace came. It's exactly how he said it in WoL after siding with Tosh during Prison Break: "Matt, you'll live on, and help build the brighter future. But people like me and Tosh won't live to see it." He didn't see himself being a peacekeeper building a better tomorrow, he just wouldn't feel right fullfilling that role. All he could do is go back to where it all started, to Mar Sara.

I would still say Artanis had a small part to play in this, due to him not heeding zeratuls warning before the invasion of aiur. But whos to say it would of played out any differently.

But yeah, i do agree and i think the protoss had a terran moment, it would be like postponing the D-Day landings, after so many delays it was decided the troops cant wait much longer, the time to strike is going to happen. except the results werent the same

Definitely a beautiful ending. SCII began with that line in the teaser from Tychus. It ends with that line having cast down the ultimate threat, and Jim finally getting the love and peace he has always deserved.

If you notice, the crystals in the Xelnaga sleeping chambers are the same crystal used to destroy the planet. Of course maybe Blizzard is just being efficient and reusing models. But I like to think that a weapon that can destroy a planet to the Xelnaga is basically just a lightbulb.

@@ouros2938 I think it was more that he realized that Artanis was wielding his Gauntlet more than he realized. as through in game conversation in the first of the 3 Korhal missions. It's unverbally expressed to Raynor that Zeratul is no longer around.

I mean it would be cool if we get to play new races. like 2 completely new different aliens invading the same koprurulu sector after a really long time. And protoss terran and zerg are divided even more fraction in the future. I would pay $100 or even have to wait for 10 years

However it was corrupted by amon and those with the nerve cords got controlled by him. It's basically a focus on individualism vs colletivism

Well, what can i say. By far the best Starcraft 2 cinematic video I've ever seen, I have played some of the game buy not all the way and not saying watching this has spoiled any thing for me. The ending was very touching but felt like quite the cliffhanger, sort of. Reason being is how it showed Jim seeing Sara and no one ever seen Jim ever again after words. What could have really happened with those two, who really knows.

Makes me wonder what they're gonna do after this. What's starcraft gonna be like after this? Will we have the same 3 races? Would it remain an RTS? Maybe they do a spin off game BR style? Who knows? All I know is I want more starcraft.

Oh man, it is so hard to spin it from here onwards. Since they included ancestral beings and top-level stuff. What can you put on top ? OR just throw the casual parallel universe, timelines or time travel shift events. The main story is kind of done... ALTHOUGH, in the very last slide of the ending; the word "unknown" is used.

@@i3looi2 I don't remember from where, but there was a scifi universe where most of the action took place in a galaxy/sector. It was then said, that they picked up a signal from outer space. But it turns out it wasn't from one source, it was coming from every direction. We were just an unscanned bubble in an empires territory. Although knowing how companies can't count to 3, we won't ever get a sc3 : (

I just fnished reading Starcraft: Evolutuion 34 days ago and I must say that I'm still measuring the lenght of the broomstick Artanis has stuffed in his behind. That guy is just... hard to stay calm around him.

@@darrenng3863 At the end it depends on the viewer, if it was the real kerrigan or a hallucination. I don´t know, if blizzard said anything about this. But if i look at 24:13 "the regrowth of a barren planet, without the knowledge who did this," seems to me like kerrigan created a view things where she can life with jim in peace or she travels around with jim and tries to atone for the things she did as the queen of blades. I don´t thing she would ever leave jim alone, if she were still alive.
