That reminds me chess playstyle of legendary Mikhail Tal. He described his tactics as "You need to take your opponent to a deep dark forest where 2+2 = 5, and the path out of there is wide enough only for one of you."

I've made up my mind. When Flo nuked his own ghost to clear two creep tumors, I knew once and for all that Flo is trolling Pig. I think Pig says something apropos at the end, "an absolute testament to Flo's desire to torture not just his opponent, but also us watching it, going 'why do you play the game so wrong and still win?"

They are mind games. If your opponent always expects the nuke to be at the main base. What do you think he feels when he can't find the red dot by looking at the most usual places. I am more psychological in my play style. I call it "controlled chaos" The control is simply cease and affect. I make sure I try to be the cause more times in a game to counter the affects when it comes up next.

This build should be called the Rocky 4 build. Where over the course of many rounds you drain your opponents will to fight by repeatedly letting them hit you in the face.

You're forgetting Neosteel building armour to hold more SCVs within, and Hi-Sec Auto Tracking to increase the Planetary Fortress' range, thus improving how effectively it can tilt the opponent and extract the maximum quantity of salt.

it's a pro strat that Flo showed Dream for his match against Reynor.

Florencio must be really good at Sekiro - instead of doing health damage he deals posture damage until the enemy is so done he can do a death blow.

omg, I met this Zerg player on the ladder just the day before yesterday. Played a decent game. The florencio - brainbreak is real.

Lmao. Flo spent like 5 minutes here just tossing mines into the middle of Zerg territory. You can see where he realized there was basically no reaction to that last base snipe so he just starts moving the mines around.

I got it. Flo Science is all about projecting pure stupidity into his opponent by acting stupid himself, and being smart only when it will lose him the game otherwise. Through the power of peer pressure, his opponent also starts to do the worst possible answer to everything his opponent does. It is genius I tell you!

230 games in I think I start to understand Flo: 1st A gentleman shows restraint and gives a handicap when sparring with an interior opponent. 2nd By showing all of his techniques a gentleman helps his opponent grow, in hope of making him a worty challenge. 3rd A gentleman shows patience and gives guidance when a challengers shows willino to learn. 4th Despite showing restraint you never let an opponent claim an undeserved victory, but show respect to the downed opponent by continuing the fight to the very end.

I think Flo used the high impact mode on harassing Thors to let the opponent believe that using Mutas was still a good idea, and then he used the missile mode on defense to crush the opposing army easily. Mind games.

Pig, can you display the leauges these games are played in? I can't imagine this being higher than plat on NA or gold on EU, but i know florencio has been up to masters with his builds.

In the early Terran I was gold so some of these are plat and the next ones will start to be diamond games. I moved up to Diamond and been exploring there now. I figure in a month Ill be facing masters players. I wanted to share my noobie days as Terran because I had no idea how to use them at that time. But we all get better over time and I figured I'd share my journey to those who like my playstyle.

What league is this? Zerg seemed competent with early macro and creep spread, but then just kept making the weirdest decisions. Anyone else feel like it was an intentional throw ?

@@ElkaPME I am dyslexic. In school I learned a lot of "rules" which helped out, I am just applying them to this word, my search for it only came back with "Finnish" origins, the two are unrelated.
