About critter killing: critters were actually a good vector for the queen's parasite ability in SC1 because they don't draw enemy fire and they don't get added to your tab by drag-select, so the 'parasite detected' highlight won't show. They'll give you more map vision and even inside the enemy base if you're a lucky zerg player. Lesson for SC1 pros: kill critters. That Rhinodon is a spy!

Competitive SC 2 is becoming something insane, every pro player I see in this channel looks better and better every single games, always prepared for any problem that goes in their way, it doesn't even look like a human playing

It's always nice to see the best players go head-to-head, especially when there are 2 lucky pylons and a Lowko who distracts us from the slow early stages of the game with his German-language stories at school.

I'll let you know I am a German it makes me smile hearing ya talking about English / German language issues. "The" is mentioned from a lot of people who try to understand German. It's a pretty common problem for a lot of people. Maybe it makes you feel better I still have issues with English grammar, but still love this language.

Lowko in German we have three efined articles (so a male, a femal and a neutral "the") and three undefined articles (again the same three for "a") and since we have four different cases to put objects and subjects into relation the articles change according to them as well. That creates 24 different options, but a few of them are identical in writing but different in use. So far it is a lot, but kind of very usefull, but the articles are asigned so stupidly weird, that even Germans don't get them write sometimes. A table is "male" in that regard, while a door is "female". You might think you see a system, but then a fork a female and a knife is neutral. It is a fucking mess and one of the really big reasons, why people have trouble learning German propperly. Tenses are the same as in English, but with the four cases the sentence structure is changing depending on what you start with, which is again a lot more complex than english sentence structure. I pity everyone that wants to or has to learn our language to get to a fluent state.

I've always found it easier to understand non-native english speakers than native english speakers when talking in text (I only know english and the usual random bits and pieces of assorted other languages people tend to pick up), they pick their words based more on the words themselves and less on the phrasing/usage/connotations/etc that they grew up with which generally means that you can be more confident in their intended meaning even when they barely know which words they are using, let alone when someone is fluent.
