@@kauyanDJ pretty sure Ahsoka had called General Grievous Grumpy, not Maul. Since By the time we see Ahsoka encounter Maul she had matured to a point where she doesn’t Nickname anymore.

You can really see how far the animation has come from this to the lost missions. Also, Anakin's voice is higher than usual. I think this is the first episode they finished after the movie.

This episode was actually the first to be completed. The production numbers of the four episodes the movie was compiled from go from 02-05, while this is 01.

The reason Anakin's voice is higher is obviously because he was younger, but also because when they hired him, they wanted him to sound more like Hayden Christensen, but then his voice deepened and they just stuck with it.

Wow. Just seeing the animation difference from season 1 to 6 is mind blowing. Season 1 they move like robots while 6 and even Star Wars Rebels move like actual people

Despite the Hate it got Star Wars Rebels was already off to a better start in terms of Animation since the Hair and character movements were already fluid in the first season, compared to Clone Wars which didn’t have dynamic movements until season 3.

The Show has come a long way since Season 1, which in its defense was still ahead of its time. One of Clone Wars’s greatest accomplishments was the fact that with each Season their were vast improvements in quality going from Wooden dolls to lifelike Artwork as we see in the latest Show The Bad Batch. This Arc involving the double agent Droid R3 brought two of the worst nicknames Ahsoka had ever come up with in my opinion, such as calling Rex.... Rexster, and Anakin.. Gramps. I’m thankful those nicknames were never spoken again. I much preferred the better nicknames like Snips and Skyguy.

Man the animation and rendering look borderline unfinished compared to season 7.

i forgot how weird the animation used to be. So glad it improved

The Animation of Downfall of a Droid was pretty bad... however you are right that the Rest of Season 1 was still cutting edge at the time. Naturally with each season their was guaranteed advancements in the technology.

@@JJskywalker If memory serves me right, The HK's(Hunter Killers) are naturally assassins, HK 47 was specifically made to kill Jedi thanks to Revan, and HK 50's are "cheap" copies of 47. Not only are they great fighters and killers, but they're deceitful little buggers as well. I think they're the most patient droids I know of, which adds to how lethal they are. They'll wait weeks if need be.
