Never realized how great the voice acting for Moff Sierdon was. Every word is just dripping with contempt and smugness.

This one game was what introduced me to the entire Star Wars universe back in 1998, when I was but 5 years old.

Same for me Star Wars rogue Squadron series is when I started liking Star Wars more to the point where I had to get almost every Star Wars game, book and movies as I can then

I'm 60 yrs old and this takes me way bay back. Love it.

General Rieekan and Crix Madine always sounded the same to me. And the same goes for Captain Kael, Panaka and the alien pilot from Battle for Naboo.

It was so confusing with the rebel and imperial shuttles being the same On another note, Seeing how Kessel had the hover train gives me a great appreciation to Solo

As a kid, I just assumed the rebels had stolen them like they did with the one from RotJ. They weren't in a position to be picky.

If they could just rerelease this game remastered.

God damn, I remember how much I loved and played this game. My older sister lived smash bros, while I was all over this. Even got my dad to play with me a few times

Star wars Rogue Squadron is now in steam store

I remember when this game first came out, I was only 12 at the time. Despite what Disney says it's still apart of my cannon.

Seerdon must be one of my favourite villains. You love him, hate him and love to hate him all at the same time.

I thought Luke was Commander of Rogue Squadron not Wedge? Oh, I forgot he's rebuilding the Jedi Order as Jedi Grand Master.

The last mission takes place like 2 years after Vader's fall i think, it is told on the briefing of the chapter. That's why Wedge is the commander in that mission. There's no more luke xD

Rogue Squadron series is my favourite game series

I absolutely loved this game as a kid. Good memories. :D

I'll be honest with my favourite Rogue Squadron characters has to be Kasan Moore and Wedge

I want more games like this for today's generation, and I'm 22.

The characters seem a lot more mature compared to the new generations we have to deal with

What was the purpose of the last mission with the World Devastators? Moff Seerdon's Revenge (The Mission Before the World Devastarors) was a more fitting end because they defeated Moff Seerdon.

A fun post-story coda that serves as a nod to the post-RotJ Expanded Universe/Legends stories. Plus the mission was a good way to introduce the V-Wing before you used it to cheese the rest of the game!

My old capture card was really weird and just did that all the time. I'm not sure why, but it made that horrible crackling noise whenever I recorded. I never found a solution to get rid of it, unfortunately.

Doesn’t include however the ones from the three bonus games.

Yeah, it can't compete with the likes of Starfield, but it was a damn good looking 3D game by 1998 standards, especially if you played it on a CRT as intended.

The music can sometimes annoying though. 😓

Thank goodness GAMING has come a long way back then this was like the Best thing around NAIVE we were .........
