Cad Bane was physically played by Dorian Kingi with his voice being provided by Corey Burton who played Bane during The Clone Wars.

I would say social media is ruining many peoples viewing of these shows. Many of us who just let comments fly over our heads enjoy what we watch, but there are others who literally just follow what they perceive as the right trends to follow. They end up being sheep, reciting the same boring comments around, with no real substance as to why they didn't like something. Not saying there aren't people with real reasons for not liking something, but I'd say they are in the minority. I feel sorry for those who get taken in by others, usually the grifters, but I think people are slowly starting to wake up to them, thankfully. I'm at an age I know people mature and change, just like Boba has done. I like how they portrayed his character. One of the complaints I've seen quite a lot is how he differed from Season 2 of Mando compared to BOBF. What they haven't taken into account was the fact that in Mando, he came across the Empire, so had vengeance on his mind, it was a very different type of foe as what he faced in BOBF. Also, when you get to it, Season 3 is a very good season to show people up from not watching the two previous seasons fully. There is quite a few throwbacks, especially to Season 1. I think you'll understand and enjoy Season 3 😊

People really hated on this show but I really think there's a lot of story covered here. We have backstory on Fett, Shand, the Tuskens, some more about Dinn and Grogu (as well as the Armorer and Paz Vizsla), and on and on. Maybe it's a bit disjointed as a whole but definitely didn't deserve the hate it got when it came out. And Grogu sleeping next to the Rancor? Come on. 😉

Great reaction! 😊 This is another one of my favorite episodes. Four highlights from this episode are: 1) The Boba Fett and Mando team up. 2) Din and Grogu's reunion. 3/Boba Fett riding the rancor 4) And the final Boba Fett and Cad Bane showdown. Glad that you caught the post-credit scene. Cobb Vanth is alive! And hopefully we'll see him again at some point. On to Mando season 3! Looking forward to your next reaction. 😊

This is somebody who truly enjoy Star Wars again like we all just like I still enjoyed the show like I thought Obi-Wan Kenobi was good too not as much as Mandalorian or I thought I would but it’s good. I wait for season two hopefully We’ll see for fun until next time

Yeah people complained about this show, but they're full of S***. Temura Morrison & Ming-Na Wen absolutely had a blast with these roles & this Episode made the Mando-Bros meme real! The two of them making a last stand on the Mos Espa streets together against an intergalactic drug cartel! Was it a perfect series, no, but hot damn was it a whole lot of fun. Boba riding that rancor into battle was the most Mandolorian thing ever!

Star Wars fans hate Star Wars the most. There is a loud group in the Fandom that are loud and not the majority. They hate that Star Wars is not following their personal head cannon. Its a large franchise and you can pick and choose what to like and what not to. Everyone does not have to agree just have fun with it. Also people forget Star Wars is honestly for a younger age set. They will give us older Star Wars fans a bone every now and then but if there is a future for Star Wars they have to focus on the younger viewers.

Hello Tara!😊 Being such a huge Star Wars fan I knew you would enjoy this finally! The last three episodes definitely made up for the slow start to the show. Of course I was waiting for your reaction in the end credit scene when it was revealed that Cobb Vanth did survive. I was really surprised they killed off Cad Bane. I thought they would keep him around for other projects. SUPER reactions to this episode and the whole season as a whole, Tara!!!!🎬👏👏👏👏 WELL DONE!!!!🏆

Cad Bane had been a notorious bounty hunter ever since the clone wars and before, that being almost 30 years prior to this it can be assumed Bane was getting old. Even Boba Fett who was a kid back in the clone wars was in his "Old age". I think a warriors death is more befitting this notorious character rather than a decline of age. there are plenty more stories to tell of his adventures in the time of the Empire, that would be my preference.

The last three episodes were produced by Jon Favreau instead of Kathleen Kennedy after ratings had dropped massively. To save the show he scrapped her scripts and used some they already made for Mando season 3 so he had time for writing a new finale. That is why episodes 5 and 6 have basically no boba fett in them, and why Mando season 3 had some filler content that feels off.

I don’t agree with the hate on this series… I loved it. And I’m not even Clone Wars fan. What I really liked is how they finally they humanized the Tuskens and enriched the history and lore of Tatooine. I started my girls Star Wars adventure with the Mandolarian and Grogu, then we watched the movies in release order, then Solo and the other Disney+ shows… minus Andor bc we haven’t gotten to Rouge One yet. I’m glad you enjoyed the Book of Boba Fett ( or often called The Mandolorian season 2.5) as much as we did.

If we ever get a Season 2 of Obi-Wan Kenobi (Ewan says he still wants it, been saying at conventions he wants people to write to Lucasfilm), I still think Cad Bane would be a great live action rematch antagonist if he's been on Tatooine for quite a while before this point. In the timeline pre A New Hope that could work. Sure it's temping to do Vader again, but I think using him again would be too much.

Wouldn't be star wars if there wasn't somebody complaining about Something.. But I genuinely liked and loved every single show. That's coming out so far minus the Kenobi series. They really dropped the ball on That series just bad writing.. But I feel if they did the season two correct they could redeem it

  • @pandapropsncostumes

Corey Burton was the voice of Cad Bane in Clone Wars and Rebels and this live action version. Dorian Kingi was the physical performer of Cad Bane. Amazing costume work by the late Shawna Trpcic and her talented team! I know there is a group that didnt like this series, they wanted to keep Boba Fett silent and mysterious. But keep in mind that Jon Favereu and Dave Filoni were actively involved with the direction of this show and they supported Robert Rodriguez as a director on it. He filmed his own animatics with his kids in Halloween costumes and created scenes with action figures, and the actions scenes reflect that vibe. As over the top as this series is, its still better than some of the sequel trilogy movies imo

Based on what I observed, most of the hate for this show distilled into two points: 1) hatred for the Mods street gang that Boba hired, especially their bright, shiny bikes so resembling our motor scooters. I find this point to be ridiculous. It was clearly shown that the real-world influence was the British Mod scene of the 1960s where poor young adults would show personal pride and status by pumping funding into natty clothing, and finely-maintained motor scooters with elaborate paint jobs and tricked-out gadgets. I strongly suspect had they something resembling motorcycles instead of scooters, they'd be better received. (They'd probably have needed bigger guns as well, rather than just personal protection pieces.) 2.) Boba was not in one episode of his own show at all, and only had a brief moment in a second. This charge did have merit. I understand it was necessary to build other elements of the story, especially the Mandalorian & Grogu's tales, but the writers lost sight of the title focus. Fortunately, it was the incredibly popular Mando & Grogu, so it was bearable. I have hopes that if there is a season 2, they tighten up the story. Give the Mods new, more dangerous-looking vehicles (even if the bright colors are maintained), new, smart-looking uniforms and dangerous weapons reflective of a daimyo's house guard. Make certain that Boba and Fennec remain the core of every episode. There were other issues brought up, but I suspect this will appease many. I hope for a second season. This show brought so many interesting details to Star Wars: a new understanding of both Tuskan Raiders and rancors, a better understanding of the Pike Syndicate, and live action appearances of Black Krrsantan, Cobb Vanth, and Cad Bane, among other details.

Pretty cool and ironic that Anakin's old hometown (Mos Espa) was saved from being a drugged up spice town by Boba. Now the young kids can dream and become podracers instead of sitting on their butts all day doing spice.

Good morning, Tara! Here we are, the finale of the Book of Boba Fett. Didn't I tell you that the series wasn't as bad as many people said it was? It's just a different kind of storytelling that some people aren't used to, and because of that, they automatically didn't like it. That, or they just like shitting on things they claim to be a fan of.... The episodes where the main focus was on Din Djarin was, to be honest, better for the viewer. They would have been quite boring lessons in how Boba learned to ride the rancor, and that would have spoiled the surprise of him riding it in this episode. Plus, Din would have shown up to help Boba out of nowhere, and Grogu showing up wearing that armour would also have had people yelling, "Where did he get that?" So, now it's on to The Mandalorian season 3. Get ready for a ride.
