It’s Star Wars cannon that those “mouse droids” were actually little cars the emperors pet sith mice would drive around in. Their tiny light sabers were so cute.
One of the goals I set for myself when I started engineering school (as an old guy) was to build my own droid. The mouse will fit the bill nicely for the first one....then an ASTRO mech....and then it'll be on to the robot army to take over the world! (Or just mow the yard or get me a beer)
Love this Brian! You and your dad together are hilarious!! And watching him build stuff is amazing! Makes my head spin.

Love it, the mouse droid always makes me smile! I'm thinking... what if you go a step further and make it non-imperial? I mean, a paintjob, some extra greeblies, maybe a couple of LEDs... you know, something like if it had been bought as surplus by a civilian.

I have a one off Mandalorian helmet with some tight corners/angles quite deep. Would it be possible to vacuum form shells close to original?

The face plate would be the most important factor. Maybe face facade moulding? All rest of helmet is Hasbro Boba Fett.
@TheSmugglersRoom

It might be tough. The forming machine could have a tough time with those corners. It woudl be better to create a complex mould. You can search helmet mold making on youtube for that, there are a lot of videos on how to do it.

Almost had the chance to enter a droid contest. Had a spy wither droid design. Called it F10WER. Droid would have looked like a plant to spy. If it seemed it was about to be caught it would dissolve to not be captured. As a toy, i would incorporate a basic fan and lamp, to have more purpose.
