Great line, but I like "So be it, Jedi.. a bit more.

McDiarmid truly provided the bridge between the prequels and the original trilogy. He by far had the most consistent and best performance of the prequels.

Obi-Wan and the Emperor sitting down and drinking tea. That should become a comedy sketch!

They should have James interview Ewan, and have Ewan watch the clone wars in preperation, so Ewan can be interview about something else than the Prequels and Kenobi show for once.

I personally enjoyed the chemistry between he and Hayden... (Yes, I went there).

I absolutely LOVE Sir Ian McDiarmid and he was absolutely amazing in all the films he appeared in and the Shakespeare reading was thing that dreams are made of.

27:42 - Ian gives away the surprise in 9 all these years ago and people seem to keep thinking it was a last minute addition. I have pointed out this interview ever since the trailer came out with his laugh at the end and people still don't accept that the plan for him to come back was there all along.

If only the sound didn't get messed up by that other thing past 45:00, I think it was. It was all going so well, too. 😞

Ian didn't replace anyone in Return of the Jedi, that was him originally. He only replaced Baker in the hologram image in Empire Strikes Back.

I was only ten when Revenge came out. Even being older I still like Revenge. I was raised on the Originals but I really liked seeing Palpatine in action more in Revenge, especially having the Action Figures when I was so young. Being so much older I have a huge appreciation for the rise of Palpatine in power. Being younger I never saw all those political plays.

He's the best "thing" ever happened in the Star Wars Universe...

So EPIC sad, that the rights to the Star Wars series have been sold by Mr. Lucas. Mr. Lucas even presented Disney with a proper script for part 7.....they rejected it, and the resulting movie was so awful, all I remember is 1) some new people on some new planet, 2) they found Han Solo, 3) Han and Leia had a hell brained kid, and he killed Han, 4) They found Luke. So sad to see such an epic saga handed over to Brain dead Disney.

He was more intimidating than the new sith lord. Less is considerable more. Iam doesn't need c.g.i. He just needs.. well, yeah. Acting skills. His sinister expressions, his piercing stare, his voice, his powerful presence. Every important thing. Now, hollywood thinks c.g.i can replace everything using GODS DAMNED C.G.I! THEY CAN'T, for Pete's shake!! An actor uses his body, his face, his movement, his skills, his voice. Not.. fake things..

+Pill Box Qui Gonn Jinn was also a great character, and in my mind Liam Neeson was the best actor to play a Jedi in the entire saga if you think about it. Alec Guinness was a great storyteller but was at the end of his life and could barely wield a lightsaber. Hamill's Luke was the farmboy we could all relate to and experience the world of star wars, but he was a learner through the original trilogy. Qui Gonn was the only seasoned veteran who was the most believable. McGregor's Obi_Wan was great in some parts but others he suffered from Lucas' awkward dialogue. And let's face it, Anakin was a jerk who talked like a robot. Mace Windu was dry and boring.

+razkable Obi wan was off world IIRC Yoda was Meditating and Yeah Windu though 6 jedi were enough. He was the most powerful sith of all at that point. To think He was a push over Was isn't accurate and yeah with each Generation under the rule of two They got more powerful and From what i have learned bane Whipped out the Sith order Give that decades or generations growing and getting more powerful. Windu Yoda and Obi-wan would not be able to Take on All the power of the sith empire or a being that could Destroy it.
