I just finished the Mandolorian first two episodes and I think he could have some cool moves. His base blaster could be his pistol blaster that could work kind of like Han solo’s. His first ability could be to fire his grappling hook to either pull enemies in or to grapple up or to somewhere. His second ability could be to switch guns to his giant rifle that would have a high damage but low fire rate because it was able to decimate enemies in the show. His final ability could be a flamethrower like boba fetus from the first battlefront but it would do more damage and you could move faster than boba could when he was using his flamethrower.

I feel like this game is still brand new I can't believe it's been 2 years

I love how happy Dennis seemed to be when it came to making this announcement. Seemed like he was a little nervous and the crowd wasn't quite as hyped as crowds could be. Still, I think it's great that these guys are proud of their work and genuinely trying to make their fans happy.

I'm so glad DICE didn't give up on this game. So much potential, and they swore to bring out that potential and those madlads absolutely did it. There might be some people who think of this game as gaming's biggest ragfest/laughing stock of the 2010s, but it made a complete 180 in the course of a year. I'm happy for those who continued to hold onto hope.

Yeah I preordered the game back in the day. The campaign was decent IMO, though Iden Versio's scripted death at the end of the expansion was quite jarring and ran contrary to game mechanics. (The best scripted death of a playable character that I've ever seen occurred at the end of Halo: Reach.) Multiplayer was basically pay to win and those who paid for unlocks were able to dominate matches even if they weren't particularly skilled. I'm very glad to hear that's all changed, and that's why I'm reinstalling it after all these years. Download's nearly 90 GB but we'll get there.

@@loganae I was fine at it, but I just look back on it and it's mostly just Instant action with extra steps. The overall tactical map isn't as unique or interesting as it could be, and losing planets really doesn't have any meaningful consequence aside from a few credits and a time setback.

Im really sick of seeing shit like this. I hate EA for what they have done in the past, but in the past 2 years when it comes to everything outside of sports games they've been on good behaviour. Don't get it twisted if it wasn't for EA there would be no Battlefront 2 and no continues support, give dice credit sure, but give EA credit for where they've done good by not interfering.

Jordon they have only supported the game to hold the Star Wars liscence and they only did good things because they were losing money otherwise everything they thing they have done has been for themselves

How is the player base on PC? I'm thinking of buying EA Origin Access but looking at forums and so what, it seems the player count is pretty low

@@KPol0 There are a lot of dead lobbies these days on PC, if you play alone it's a little better, but if you try playing with friends in a group, you get dead lobbies 90% of the time. You have to find a game on your own, THEN invite your friends to that game, hoping it isn't already full.

I had not realized that it’s been this long since I played this game.

“EA Star Wars has become an incredibly consumer friendly game” You wanna know why? The reason starts with D and ends with isney. The one entertainment corporation with more money power and influence than EA. Flubbing a Disney IP would END EA as we know it. Which may or may not be a good thing, depending on who buys whats left of them. During the release controversy of BF2 there were serious industry rumors that Disney was looking to break its contract with EA. Specifically because Disney had hoped EA would be big enough to churn out as many games as there were movies, with only limited intervention from Disney. 6 years after EA was given control and we still only have 3 serious SW franchise video game titles from EA.

They need more games but I'm glad they decided to fix BF2 rather than simply churn out a BF3. Jedi: Fallen Order was good and I hope they'll be making sequels to that, plus maybe a Dark Forces/Jedi Knight reboot. Remakes of TIE Fighter, Rogue Squadron, Racer, etc. would also be welcome.

I remember when I started on November 14th 2017 and the game was in a state It’s obviously not perfect but I’ve never known any other game to improve the most When I was at school there was always a kid who was awarded most progress because they felt sorry for him and that’s this game

My all time favorite update was in Feb this year when the clones all got unique armor designs including new clone Officer armor.

The fact that it’s been two years tho I remember never being able to hit anyone bc everyone had a jet pack in the first battlefront

I know this happens to me a lot, almost everytime someone finds out that I play battlefront 2 they say that it's a bad game and its really pay to win and when I say it's not pay to win anymore they dont believe me.

The newest update is about the new triologie and well, BF1 was all about the Empire vs Rebels. But i understand your point, bringing stuff back like Scarif would be nice

When Ewok Hunt dropped, it was some of the best memories of me and my friends playing battlefront 2

I love the guys smile at 14:10 so much. I think I might just love him because he announced the clone wars though

happy this video showed up in my recommended, i dropped battlefront 2 about a week after launch, ill have to go check it out again

Underrated

Havent played in 1year and a half and im impressed that the heroes in multiplayer deathmatchs are no longer glass cannons getting taken down by barely any damage

This game will go down in history for the incredible 180 it had

Been Playing since launch and can say it really did improve over the years for good

You have no idea how long I have looked for the video that starts with the crazy maul clip

I absolutely love ewok hunt. It can be so funny yet unsettling at the same time, seing hordes of raging ewoks run at you while your flashlight has just ran out of charge is so amazing. One of my all time favourite gamemodes

The game is so amazing now and I hope they keep adding more and more content, especially for offline.

The moments are pretty awesome sometimes. Especially in hero’s vs villains when you have the max star cards

Just bought the game yesterday and I am just blown away at how much there is to do stormtrooper battles Jedi vs Sith battles starfighter battles you name it they got it the starfighter battles are absolutely amazing the immersion is insane some of the best dialogue ever and it's all skill based no lock on Jedi battles have stamina its awesome definitely pick this up 💯

The game has improved a decent amount, but still could use a lot of content including maps, customizable weapons, playable characters(ahsoka, ventress, cad bane, mace windu) and skins - they don't even have bespin/empire luke or TLJ luke or a episode 2 padawan anakin nor do they have a damaged vader suit but they have two solo movie han solos? and even two lando skins from the solo movie? They also recently heavily nerfed force users. They die way too fast and can be easily killed by either focussed fire from enemies in a short amount of time or a tank or a walker or any vehicle of some kind, not to mention being run over. Glitches in the game have reduced and it's definitely more playable, but there are some quality of life additions they can make.

@@ProfessuhLemon i meant episode 2 anakin as a padawan. And why not? They have 2 completely different models for han and lando and 2 sloghtly different ones for luke and leia

This game could've been so much more. Some of my fondest memories are playing the OG Battlefront II at LAN parties. Nothing would beat that excitement of running around as Ki-Adi-Mundi or Kit Fisto destroying CIS tanks until you find one with General Grievous in it.
