I know he returned more times than Canon palpatine He was “killed” over Malastare He returned with bearly any visible damages on him He was “Avisarated” over Christophisis He returned for the battle of the space station He pulled a general Grievous And re appears at the battle of anaxes Then finally dies and his ship explodes

I think Thrawn has a natural advantage. But Trench with tactical algorithms could be very interesting.

Trench has the advantage of a far supperior naval force, imperial ships are just blunt objects to be hurled at an enemy, meanwhile the CIS fleet is an intricate patchwork of specialized vessels with high utility and a large potential for unconventional strategies. Trench would be far less limited and would be WAY more flexible than Thrawn could hope to be. Also the ISD II if i recall has poor to totally missing flak capabilities and they would be torn to shreds by swarms of vulture droids and hyena bombers.

Yeah, and we know that Trawn can make the best of a bad situation in a fight, so I'm willing to bet they are about evenly matched

"I smell fear, and it smells good." Since very little was released of Trench's theme, I extracted all the salvageable music from the episode “Cat and Mouse”, the first one where Trench appears. It’s the only episode where his theme plays. For that reason you can still hear some little sound effects, because the majority of the theme was unreleased and so not completely clean.

Admiral trench the Thrawn of the clone wars and became more cyborg then "spider" as the series went on

One of Palpatines failures was too let the CIS lose and kill all their Masterminds. It is clear that the separatists would have won the war if it wasn't staged and imagine instead of the Empire the cis as strongest in the galaxy

What the fuck are you talking about? Thrawn was supposed to be a good character, but Filoni fucking ruined him in TCW. Also the only actual Nazis in the fanbase are the prequel hating Fandom Menace, if you are referring to the Empire as space nazis then you are just some deluded wokescold. The Empire is based on the US, particularly during the Vietnam War, and it also has elements of Imperial Germany and the United Kingdom.

I still can't believe they killed him off in such an absurd, inglorious, stupidly hasty way in the last season of The Clone Wars. Basically used him as bait in the trailers for the new season and then threw him into the trash bin to instead have a whole arc revolving around women standing around in spaceships talking about their feelings.

well he died in the unfinished episodes of the bad batch. i dont think he was meant as bait as anyone who had seen those unfinished episodes knew he was gonna die

He was such a wasted character. Really the biggest problem I have with the show. He's super intelligent and threatening but rarely ever used. I'm fine with holding back a bit, but he's in only 6 episodes. I was really excited to see more intelligent Trench in season 7 and basically got nothing.

I think that we should have seen trench as the naval commander for the first part of the Battle of Coruscant Speaking of, I wish we saw how Palpatine was kidnapped. Maybe Trench would be the naval commander in space while Grievous went on foot to capture the Chancellor Instead of dying like a ant, he should have died in battle with his ship being destroyed above Coruscant, that would’ve been good for me
